Naina - jumping the gun?

It appears that Naina is getting too confident about her victory and very impatient too.

The way she told Madhavi to call a doctor to check on Naresh instead of taking Ru, sounded a complete contrast to her usual natak of being the perfect bahu. I think she is jumping the gun & too fast.

Agree, in a way its a good thing if she's jumping the gun, it may mean that this track will end soon 😉
I guess in her anger that Madhvi did not let her be near Ru, Naina got frustrated and appeared rude. I am sure there will be more such 'mistakes' on her part. SC for sure will pounce on these, she's anyway on the prowl, waiting to expose Naina. Also slowly the family members who were getting sympathetic towards Naina will start disliking her behaviour.
