Exactly my thoughts! It was just a 1-line note after all and not signed by Sim. Somehow I don't think Sim would have done anything like this on her own. Its possible that Suhana sent her out on some pretext and will have her kidnapped. 😡

i dont think Simran left on purpose. i think she was kidnapped. There is some twist to her disappearance. i think Su is behind this. that little, you know!!
