Character of the week

Hello my fellow MDTA-ians (hehe doesn't that sound cool?) Anyways I know I've been away for pretty much all this month, and currently I still am inactive at least until christmas...lucky me hey😆Anywaysss as my co-viewbie is away (missing u Nibbles😳) its up to me to get this forum active

Now ask me how? GOTW.....im fresh out of ideas at the moment, so that's a no-no.....competitons...well the winner will b announced for the latest one very soon (sorry for the delay)...but no more contests for a while....so what could be left you ask?

Well its a new concept, one that I had mentioned to Nibbles but had got left in the background due to my work.....ok I'll stop ranting on and get down to the point....our new concept is...

Character of the week😃

Bet u didn't guess that right? (oh yeah its in the title😆silly me) Ok so whats Character of the week? I'll explain

OK so, each week, the Dev Team (that's us) choose a character from MDTA (obviously) and the members (that's you) discuss what they like/dislike about the character....ways s/he can be improved....potential story lines for them....and the general things....but like anything else there's a few no-nos

yep.. he is.. and i tink he could not be better then this.. i liek this charecter if it was for others.. then je must have fallen in nianas arms.. and left simran.. but thsi tiem i love this serial for tat .. coz its a little different

Ok, here's my take on Ruhaan:

Ruhaan can be called the perfect son but perfect brother and husband? Mmmm ... don't think so. It seems like whenever there was an issue of implicit trust, our Ru failed to trust the very people he loved. Agreed that circumstances made him doubt Abhi and Sim but the basis of any good, strong relationship is love and trust. But to Ru's credit, he has since changed (hopefully) and is now almost a perfect brother and husband. Hope he remains that way and his commitment towards Abhi and Sim remains steadfast.

The quality I don't like about him is the way he is always shown being angry and irritable at work. For all that he is a loving son/bro/husband, what is it about the office that makes him see red all the time? The Creatives could have shown him to be a compassionate boss at work too, atleast sometimes!!

I'd personally like MDTA to progress in such a way that inspite of SC and Su/Naina's meddling, Ru-Sim continue supporting each other and remain together against all odds. That will show the extent of their love and trust in each other. Also, Ru should now come clean about his past with Sim to avoid any further complications.

Lastly, Ru could do with a haircut and a shave. His stubble is getting increasingly bad and mars his handsome look and makes him look tired and older at times. A faint stubble is fine dear Ru, but pls do shave occassionally and let us see your lovely face in all its glory!!

That's my 2 cents worth!!

Ruhaan is hot 😆 😆
At the beginning i hated Ruhaan for his behaviour toward Simran.
He treated her so badly and didn't give a damn chance to their relationships.
He didn't try to know her and scelled their marriage from the beginning.
But when you live with someone, a day or an other you will talk with her, try to live together and progressively care for each other.
And at this time Came the Ruhaan i love so much till the episode of 29th november 😆 😆 😆
He forgets his past in order to accept his present: Simran.
He loves her and want stay with her for 7 lives.
His character is so sweet.
He's so adorable when he smiles, when he laughed and so sexy when he's mad 😳 😳 😳
But the Ruhaan that i love the most is the Ruhaan romantic.
I love so much when he flirted with Simran 😳 😳
But it seems the creators wants me hate him again cause of what could have happen in Goa.

Well, this is what I think about Ruhaan's character.

He's shown to have an impulsive, sensitive, romantic, family-oriented, but hot-tempered personality so far. Someone who seems to have his heart on his sleeve when it comes to his love-life, prone to losing his head rather than thinking through things. He does show some flashes of brilliance but unfortunately only in his business dealings . He emotes serious, angry, romantic,and comic dialogues with flair 👏 👏 but seems to fumble with normal dialogues, like with Abhi or his cousins/sister, kind of lacks sincerity and conviction.

I would like to see the writers bring about more warmth in his interactions with his mother/sister/cousins, the other women in the household, since that's a hallmark of a 'good' husband, as a general rule of thumb. There's too much screen time spent on his love-life and not enough in building his bond with the others. This will make MDTA more endearing to the viewer and maybe rake in a few nominations for Ru as well . This was done with abhi and sim and they got noticed as devar&bhabhi! 👏 Also I've heard he likes to paint in real life, it would be interesting to see that incorporated in reel life sometime 😊 .

Hope to see his character gather steam as the tracks move along. Specifically, the trend so far shows him running after su on his wedding day, rejecting sim (impulsive ru), then tries to redeem himself by wooing sim after seeing su married. Again easily suspects sim with abhi, now strays with su 😡 and will most likely try to redeem himself by wooing sim again. But this time maybe the writers can show his character improving, kind of learning from his mistakes and make him more sincere and level-headed. Cause seeing him straying is definitely NOT good for our health . 😭 😭

Well this is what i think about Rohan!

He is very good son and also a very good husband. He seems he gets angry really fast which is a bad thing Well on the other hand he also seem very romantic 😳 He is a great actor and also very cute 😳 😳 Well thats all i have to say! 😊

Hmmm... perfect son, 100% agreed (so far)😉, but perfect brother, don't agree and perfect husband? Definitely do not agree.

Ruhaan always seems to questions his trust in people, not his doubts. He hurt Simran from the beginning. How can you marry someone then swear to never put sindoor for her? How can you swear to love someone, marry someone else, then fall in love with that person, sleep with her and then promptly move back to your to your ex, sleep with her and then NOT TELL YOUR WIFE!!! (though you claim to love her) Very disgusting and not a true reflection of true love at all...

Since the Abhi-Sim incident, he seems to be very trusting of both Sim and Abhi, but it was very easy for that one seed to be planted, what next will it take for that seed to grow in Ruhaan's mind? Especially with SC around...😡

My current bone with Ruhaan - hois treatment of simran and Naina/Suhana. He let Simran leave when she was trying to get "Naina" healthy, then he allowed "Naina" to manipulate him into taking her on holiday where he "let her seduce him". I do not agree with tha at all... and now he has not told Simran the truth now does he sleep with her, so the poor thing still thinks he is angry with her.... this is just too much.

When it comes to his character as a husband he is seriously lacking As far as his looks go, yeah... he is pretty good looking, but I think the only time I actually saw him clean shaven was at his wedding 😆
