so they might divide reunion in two parts..

one is RV meeting Ishani before knowing the truth..that way they can show that yes he does love her..n gets jealous when Shikhar is with Ishani..he might not force Ishani to be with him but his instant reactions might come out when he sees her with Shikhar...conveying to us that Ishani affects him a lot no matter what...😛

second is RV getting to know the truth where he will be hell bent to have Ishani in his life back...😛

just assumptions... CVs can butcher it😆
