This is true. Even when AS is acting shitty as hell the actor saves him. When he's in pain you feel for him. His and Nias dad daughter scenes are actually cute, my dad loves them.❤️

Someone mentioned anti feminist crap writing - not sure if that's the intention of writing but in all shows it's like the "third angle " even if she or he is good is a kabab mein haddi and always turns evil. Apart from La from Ipk all shows had this issue. Nia to always has been extra when it comes to person she consider hers or things she consider hers. It was Shree who took "her work and recognition", Guneet hurt "her dad" , Swara took "her love Kabir". It's never how she or her dad maybe at fault or that they have their own choices too. Like what immediate reaction seeing her dad making sad eyes at Guneet was to make her leave the colony, and not reconcile them or ask her side.

Also this father daughter duo is too co dependent on each other, a single change in situation can't be handled by them. Nia left for usa and came back again and again, Guneet was there for two mins and she didn't stay. No wonder Kabir was annoyed previously, I could feel with him

This maasi track is nothing but trying to make another triangle.

I don't think anybody bashing or criticizing Rishi. I don't understand his character when he's supposedly a business tycoon doing petty shits like this.

This is about internalised misogyny, we don't even realise that it's wrong or more like the portrayal is problematic. The show really started on a note of breaking the stereotypes and now it's getting back into the regressive modes.

I feel Kabir's PDA with Swara is only meant to fuel jealousy in Niya. Writer is not considering that Kabir has always been a professional first. Pre-lockdown he was not so touchy with Niya at the office either. What I liked about Kabir is that he was sensible and mature, but writer is ruining him so that Niya can make her petty schemes to "save him" from Swara, yuck! Using physical intimacy to portray Swara-Kabir's relationship as cheap/lustful and Swara as a "seductress" that is enchanting Kabir is such a gross misogynistic take from the writer. Both Swara and Kabir are Niya's seniors and have been shown to be more experienced and professional than her, it makes no sense for them to behave like this. Swara especially was someone Niya admired, and now she's just the b*tchy rival. It's so annoying that they always resort to pitting two strong female characters against each other. As mentioned, this is an unfortunate stereotype of serials, but this show was meant to break stereotypes... I have seen this happen in other shows where good characters suddenly start behaving erratically to make the favored character seem better/justified. Happend in IIM and PB, and now those two shows are canceled. Please don't do that with MDKD. If they must go down this route, I prefer that they make Niya realize she is wrong, about Kabir-Swara and Ambar-Guneet. I dunno wtf Rishi is doing. He is purposefully trying to mess with everyone's heads and force situations that cause insecurities and backstabbings to occur. Is this some kind of test? He should pick Shree then, because as far as I can see he is the only one not involved in this drama! Rishi is just a guest, right, doesn't he have to follow some workplace rules set by WeNet? Or he can just do whatever he wants like call everyone to the office in the middle of the night under some pretext!

Also isn't it interesting how Shree previously 'backstabbed' nia for climbing the corporate ladder and nia almost doing the same to swara to save the poor innocent Kabir out of love. Of course she couldn't go through it but she almost did and man her bff just enables her problematic behaviour.

AS got to know about nia and the broker thing and I so wish nia gets double bashing from both dad and bff and realise her folley, but I think dad will say nothing as nia ne bohut kuch kiya hai and main uske liye sab kuch chod sakta hu🤪
