Would Guneet had broken the roka if No drama please had not sent the message ?

Let's all forget that it's Amber who is No drama please ...let's look at the situation from Guneet's point of view ..would she have broken or lets say thought about breaking the roka if she hadn't recieved the message from No drama please

Was she not going ahead with roka already and the message pushed her over the edge or was she not thinking of breaking the roka at all but just conflicted and the message made her think she had other options ???

Very good question. I think she has many doubts swirling in her mind..and not just because of what Anurag's mom said about not working or anurag telling her not to reveal to his mom that Pammi will be staying with them (btw that makes no sense, how will the mom not come to know even if she is in the US??)

I think she has had doubts about him from the beginning....he is not exactly what she was looking for..but he ticked all the right boxes in terms of being an eligible match...and she made the 'sensible choice'.

I don't think she was planning to break the roka. But NDP's message at the last minute has made her question if she is doing the right thing by marrying with her head and not her heart (as she sees it). So perhaps with this realisation she feels it is not correct on her part to go ahead with the roka. Just my thoughts, I am confused too..

She already has doubt and definitely if NDP didn't send msg still she is not sure about anurag for sure 👍🏼

I would have been surprised if she would not have broken the roka irrespective of NDPs message. The way Anurag talked to her, its pretty obvious that he is not the guy he pretended to be all this while. He just wanted her to say yes and get married, then start showing his true colours. Its a very big issue and you cannot just lie about it and say my mom stays in USA, so once she leaves she wont know about it and we can leave the way we can😳So if his mom has problems with Pammi staying with them, what is he going to do? Or if his mom says after marriage her DIL cannot work as a saleswoman? He was just trying to brush the matter under the carpet till he gets married.

The only thing NDPs message did was give her that final push that she needed!

I don't think he is brushing under the carpet. He knows his mother and he doesn't want drama or to leave guneet. It's more like we will handle it together later. His mom can't do anything later but right now she can. If guneet genuinely liked him she would have agreed but in this case she doesn't like him and the only person for whom she is doing it is her mother. With this condition she is bound to think whether she should go ahead or not.

It depends on how you see it. We have already seen Guneets only reason for saying yes to Anurag is her mom. She does not seem to connect/click with Anurag like she does with NDP. Anurag has been making one sided efforts from the start and Guneet just says a yes to things out of guilt of saying a no to someone's sweet gesture. I don't think Anurag is that wrong either, he is sweet guy who wants to do everything for his to be wife as he has has made a mistake in the past and wants to be at forefront this time. About working too he did say a yes when Guneet said she would like to continue what she is doing, I am a bit doubtful about his mom's part but I still feel he is just trying to balance things between a Mother and his to be Wife and he knows his mom well so maybe that's why he wants to hide things and feels he can convince her later. I will give him a benefit of doubt here too coz in the past even Guneet has lied or hidden things to do good for herself or family.

About the message, first of all NDP has just asked for an apology and mentioned his reasons too( him not being as good as Guneet). There was no force from his side to reply or revert back, it was more like a closure for not visiting her that day and good wishes for future. Had Guneet asked him about meeting or still wanting to talk I could have agreed with you totally that she dumped Anurag seeing she already has an option ready. But looking from Guneets point of view his last message told her to be the way she is and things which kind of aain brought Guneet to think how Anurag/his mom does not like her the way she is. After that the conversation with Anurag kind of again confirm her beliefs. And then Amber repeating the same makes her think that way again.

I agree Guneet is wrong in a way as she could have declined way before, but the CVs through her concert with Randeep have shown why she gave in. And even in those scenes she was highly confused and it was Randeep who told her to focus on what's in real life rather going behind that person who is just imaginary as of now. Now she knows there is no turning back after Roka and she is not happy with all what's going on. She finally decides to stop lying to herself and confesses. Yes message from NDP might have helped a bit, but not the entire reason.

What if he doesn't support her later? If he says after mrg that her mom cannot stay with them..what can Guneet do? On what basis can she trust him given that he is ready to lie to his mother?

If she is only doing this roka for her mother..the only reason to do it stays void

There are lot of ifs and but alright but right now he comes across as supportive. Just like many a times guneet hides a lot of stuff from her mother only to handle later ... why ? because of mother's nature not because she is liar or something.

But here she is starting over a new life..a new relationship. She knows her mom since birth..but she doesn't know Anurag's mom.. doesn't even know Anurag well enough.

I know Anurag is hiding it as he knows his mother..but Guneet is just entering their life. Such a big lie would create a permanent distrust in her MIL's mind. And where will she leave her mother if things don't work out? All the lies she has told so far were to keep her mom happy n secure..not to risk her well being

100%. Also, she is a person driven by her guts, instinct and heart, not so much of a brain-person. And her heart was never there. The first setback was Anurag's mom talking to her about all those things, second trigger was Doctor trying to skirt the issue, and this was the last nail in the coffin.

I would say good save ! Knowing the kind of things that happen in India after getting married under false pretences and promises. Guneet dodged a bullet. 👏
