I would like to mention an incident here. You guys remember the episode when Keerti Sunny matter was going on and RaghVi were on different pages reg that. Raghav announced Keerti's engagement while Pallavi was against it since she knew true face of Sunny. So a small argument between RaghVi happened and Raghav ended up saying that, "Pallavi, tum mere family matters me involve mat ho". I know it was wrong but he didn't really mean it. Bas that day Raghav was criticized, bashed like anything on twitter. It didn't really stop there but many fans bombarded him with DMs saying Raghav is runined, he was inconsistent, we are so upset with you etc etc. They were basically venting out their frustration but I was so pleasantly surprised with the way SKR handled it in a graceful manner. I have seen actors who start justifying their character's deeds no matter how wrong they were but this guy, he responded to a certain fan's DM, "I felt it too but can't help". And to some other fan, "Just going according to the script". I know he must have felt bad since he adores Raghav and this show with all his heart but he was calm, he took it all sportingly.
I recently saw live chat of Kanwar Dhillion's brother (Pandya Store actor), fans were constantly asking him to let makers know that ShiVi fans want more screenspace for them and he simply responded saying that, actors themselves can't do anything about this. It's makers call and wish at the end.
Also regarding improvising scenes, actors can give their inputs and suggestions but it depends on the director & creatives whether they like it or not. Since both SaiShi get along well with their team members, they are sometimes allowed to add their own ideas into the scene but fans also need to understand that everything is not in actor's hand. And it's not fair to constantly nag them. I've also seen people being super daring and insensitive and they keep tagging him in their hateful tweets as well. No wonder the guy who was once so addicted to his phone and social media is now trying to stay away.
