He was anyways more than sure that yahi Meety hain. Adhar card wagera dekh k bhi yakeen zyada nhi kiya. And I guess the other Meetwa represented his mind which asked a rational question 'Like what if she is Manjiri?' And he angrily said main nhi manta! So, romance won't be very outrageous in this situation, because somewhere his heart believes it's Meety.
