Yup Anju, i feel a big letdown is bringing the murder track soon after the kiss , and then bf gf scenario… Again i hve no issues with tis track , and its enjoyable…but i find it misplaced …i like the performances of the villans n even Meets are doin gud…its the eagerness of bringing this track soon on our throats that we are not left to ponder or enjoy some of their moments that could had been only theirs!! Like gf bf needed some lone episodes of their own but we got to see them embroiled in this, like one after the other, new tracks are churned one after the other with no respite in between… When audience are demanding Meet centric, doesnt mean they are looking for romance, its jus them n their moments, their feelings… emotions , some lightheartdeness…! I am liking the tids n bits they are offering in this track, but again its not satisfactory…Yes, i can see their relationship is evolving n progressing with time, but again, its getting diluted with excess drama adding on….i hardly remember wat i watched dme days bac 🤪🤪…. I feel the juncture they were in prior to this track had to first dealth on their attraction…their romance, Meety was in loveand then the kiss happened, that the aftermath of all this was dealth so poorly that i cant recall why this was bought in first place if the intention was not to proceed on this line….I see them opening a pandora of boxes together but not closing them one after the other…. I dunno how to xplain it, im not a lover of cliche romance too🤣…When i can watch Pv, BB for no romance … yet an ardent fan of Paki shows from childhood….where hardly there is intimacy but their talks, actions conveys it …. … then yaha par kya problm ho sakti hai 😆… Its the execution and editing n the speed n pace that is ruining my mood… … With no referral to their feelings or thehrav in their moments… jus speeding up for silly reason is the issue here…!! Jus utilize the leads to their best potential and bring the stry around them… no one would complain honestly… Again yests epsde was beautiful n tis is what everyone is demanding 👍🏼Originally posted by: Anjureads
I too have issues with the flow dear. I have already told you that you have a wonderful way of building up and developing your story so I can understand your frustration too.
Also I feel that the entry of Hawa Singh and start of Tej panic attacks immediately after they decided to become gf-bf, in fact in the same episode, was a big mistake. They could have devoted one episode at least to them in this phase.
But I do feel that there is progression in their relationship shown around this murder track. They have not had any particularly romantic moments but all these events do seem to be leading to their full fledged realisation of what they really mean to each other. They have and are going through a lot together. There are a lot of unsaid emotions and some that they actually voice out. I have a feeling that makers have something up their sleeve where we will see them start voicing all their unsaid feelings too.
I may be different from the rest in that I am not a fan of on the face romance. I like everything wrapped around the story. So I am not feeling it so much and am not sure if I would have liked it if they had devoted a full track (as in more than 1-2 episodes) to only their romance . I like the characters thinking and pondering over their feelings which I have missed here. But beyond that I am pretty fine with the romance quotient.
I dont like the over dramatisation too. This phase of the story is itself dramatic and with the fantastic actors they have in Shagun and Ashi they actually dont need to do so much. I wish they could tone it down then I will be happy.
