though from UAE she was an Indian citizen (UAE doesn't Give out nationality to foreigners even if born there) while it's quite likely that Anagha and Dinesh are naturalised citizens of the US and UK and hence foreigners

so she can make other things also

Kirti has made savoury in the past also.
Ofcourse being good at making deserts doesn't mean you are bad at savoury. One is your forte, or what you enjoy
