so they had to make ghevar (something i'm picky about though its a common dish in my family, you know Marwari people 😆)

I think its was okay like Vikas said in the end Taste should win .
No matter how appealing ,beautiful dish u present but if it taste bad then its of no use .
Both ashwin's & srilakshmi's dish were incomplete so they haf to judge it on taste

^ I agree. Both people who finished the dish were safe because they completed the dish and the taste was good. That meant that between Ashwin and Shreelaxmi (both who hadn't completed their dishes), taste would be the winner. And just based on the comments, Shreelaxmi had a better tasting dish so she deserved to be safe.

If u guys had to utilize Ghevar where would put it in? I might put it in the center too with chocolate custard around it n for the topping maybe chocolate mint ice cream (or any other chocolate related ice cream) and decorate it with two kit kats lol

I don't remember if it was Masterchef or somewhere else, but I remember reading about a ghevar cake. It was a 3 tier cake, well more like a cupcake. The same size of ghevar as these guys made. For filling it was fruit jelly. One layer of strawberry filling and one layer of banana filling. If I had to do something, I would do this as well. But I would strawberry and lemon. And then I would ice the top with a vanilla coconut cream and white chocolate crumbles. I would have 3 layers of ghevar in this cake.

There was a ghevar challenge in last season but I think it was a group challenge

Ghevar cake was I think from season 2, and season four had a lot of ghevars!
