I don't think this picture alone provides enough evidence for your claim.

That photo with Chef Sanjeev looks like it was taken on the same day and place as the one with Chef Ranveer.. See the dress as well as the ground.. Just that the picture with Chef Sanjeev was taken from another angle and makes her look like a dwarf..

It's the angle of the selfie that makes her look different - she is wearing the same outfit (top) that she is wearing in the photo with Chef Ranvir. They all take photos with the chefs and post on their pages like Facebook and Twitter, so this doesn't prove anything.
