Contestants already trained chefs?

It surprises me how year after year,the contestants come out with new recipes and beautiful presentations.Ordinary housewives and ppl who r not trained cannot do this for sure.

Infact I asked the same question to myself during every season.. and I got the reply they may not be trained chefs but they are definitely given some training backstage by some trained chefs.
