Jaya ... It would have been great to see all four women together, like the time they all played cards.
Priya has always been able to fit in more easily with Devyani and the family rather than Vidya, even before she married Aditya. Maybe because she hasnt got a mother she craved for a mothers love, which she got from Devyani unlike Vidya who always had her mother to talk to.
Remember after Priya got married, Vidya too then felt insecure about how easily Priya fitted in with everybody and she hadnt as yet, not with Gaurav or the family. But it would be nice to see her in on the secret too.
This Brahma revelation has gone on for too long and with only three episodes left theres not going to be more insight into the future of the ladies.

And Vidya has this habit of interrupting at the wrong time 😉 😆

Fizi...I remember all that but characters evolve...just not Vidya. I would have liked to see Devyani trust both her daughters in law. If not that, at the very least Vidya should have been told the truth with Uttara. Vidya's character has staked the rest of her life on her love for this "family"...yet she is shown to be treated like an outsider. Given that this is the last week, seeing the four women together would have fulfilled the basic premise of the show.

I completely agree with that statement. They're treating Vidya like she doesn't belong to the family, especially after all the crap the Jhaakar family made her suffer through. It was Devyani's fault that Gaurav was forced to marry Vidya, she was the one that insisted on that happening, and once again I'm really going to hedge my bets on the fact that it's her fault for Vidya not knowing the truth either.

And yeah, the four women have been shown together in times of sorrow. They should be together now as well, as they work to defeat Brahma.

Hopefully they'll include her tomorrow?

Jaya ... after watching todays episode again ... whilst talking to Priya Vidya was nervous, if she knew of the plan then think what would her reaction be in front of Brahma, he would have sussed her out in no time. Priya is worried for Vidya and it seems she would like Vidya to know but again its Devyani who doesnt want her to know, maybe shes protecting Vidya, the less she knows the better, that way Brahma cant get to her.
But i do agree all four women should be together in the defeat of Brahma.

As for Vidyas character not evolving, she has changed from being shy to being more open. She can be strong when she wants to, like the time when she found out Gauravs plan of letting Chinu get close to her.

Fizi...I agree and disagree. I agree that Vidya's nervousness could have been sensed by Brahma and that her character showed some strength and courage. Exactly why both aspects of her personality should have been incorporated by the writers in the Ladies vs. Brahmanand Jhaakar war ...it is a story after all. The ladies plans need not have been perfect...it would have added to the charm to see Vidya nervous initially but gaining courage in the battle. I think it was important to show Vidya being given the same importance as Priya in the last few episodes at least. I don't think Devyani is trying to protect Vidya at all...if that is the case, the writers should make it explicitly clear...we should not have to guess.

It just struck me...the symbolism of the whole slap-clean scene! When Brahma hurt her, Devyani would clean things to distract herself...today, she slapped Brahma and made him clean the mess! Love it...not sure if the writers meant for it to be a symbolism of sorts but it worked perfectly!

Jaya ... You're right, we shouldnt have to guess. Vidyas importance is shown in a different way, her being there for Brahma, even though we all know its wrong.
What i feel is really wrong is, which you said, her character has not gone anywhere after Gaurav left. She talked about furthering her education and joining an NGO, but neither of them went further than that. Devyani told her she would help her but she didnt. Instead of showing Devyani being terrorised and Brahmas insanity, this would have worked better. After all it was a show about four women and the writers concentrating on how they build their lives and become their own support would have been a wise choice. But theres no point crying over spolit milk now, its too late. At this point its only Vidyas life which seems to have no purpose in life.

And another thing, what Brahma said about his DILs, the elder is simple and the younger is complicated 😆

I wonder if they have finished shooting for the last episode!
