Written Update - 4th March 2012

Episode starts with a car honking and Lakshmi thinking that Arjun is here so soon. She excitedly runs down to the courtyard. A spanking white car pulls up to her building and out comes Purva.🤢(Subah subah iska thobda dekha, ab toh pura din bekaar jayega🤢) Lakshmi and Purva greet each other and Purva mentions that she is leaving and so thought of saying bye to Lakshmi. (Jhoot boling, kauwa kaating😛) Lakshmi invites her in but Purva denies, citing flight timing. She has something important to say, Arjun is her childhood friend and also her love but he now likes(This girl has vocabulary ka problem..he LOVES Lakshmi, you selfish mournful git🤢) Lakshmi and is happy. She is satisfied with his happiness and so is leaving. (We sure do care about your satisfaction...NOT😛) She also has a request, she wants Lakshmi to care for Arjun and never hurt him, he's very sensitive. Lakshmi says that she knows, but Purva interrupts her saying that Lakshmi doesn't know him well enough, she has just entered his life after all. Where as Arjun is her childhood friend.(Kitne baar ye dialogue bolegi..broken record😡Tattoo banale forehead pe "Arjun Agnihotri, my childhood friend/love. He no lubs me :( </3)😆 She goes on to tell Lakshmi that when they were children, they always talked about marrying each other. (Bach gaya Arjun😆)

She tells Lakshmi that Arjun was very possessive about her(Purva), when in school, she had teased him about liking some other guy and he'd stopped talking to her for a month. Purva wonders how Arjun forgot all their childhood memories. (People tend to forget nightmares😛) Anyway, she only wanted to ask Lakshmi never to hurt Arjun even unconsciously. (Yes, 'cause doing things unconsciously is in our power..idiot) Lakshmi tells her that she is aware Purva cares a lot for Arjun (🤢 No she doesn't..selfish moron kahiki) and she doesn't need to worry. She (Lakshmi) will take good care of Purva's friend Arjun, she loves him after all. She has dreamed about marrying him since she was a child and Purva is aware of it. Purva has known Arjun since childhood but she has loved him since her childhood. She was just 9 when she passed by his white bunglow and ever since... Purva interrupts Lakshmi and asks her if Lakshmi doesn't think that she loved Arjun's bunglow and money for 10 years. Lakshmi is shocked (Good..now sock her🤣)

Lakshmi asks if Purva is aware of what she is implying. Purva interrupts again😡 and says that she is not done talking. She(Purva) is aware that Lakshmi loves costly things that money can buy, but it doesn't matter to her what and how she is, for she is Arjun's choice and all she (Purva) cares about is Arjun's happiness (Happiness meri jooti, tattle tale queen, she didn't let go of even one opportunity to stir trouble..ab toh pura flock of kauwa's kaatenge) She again tells Lakshmi to take care of Arjun. (Strike 3, you freak of nature😡) Lakshmi asks her why Purva thinks that Lakshmi won't care for Arjun and keep him happy? Purva tells Lakshmi not to feel bad but the status difference is too huge between Arjun and Lakshmi. And money tends to fade love. Lakshmi says that it must happen but with people who don't know the value of love. But she(Lakshmi) does, why else would she have denied the fake Arjun's proposal? It's her kismat that she got Arjun. Purva tells Lakshmi that there's no guarantee for people, they change. Maybe Lakshmi has an answer for all verbal questions but she(Purva) still maintains that she knows Arjun the best.

Lakshmi counters that if she had, then she would have read Arjun's heart. Purva mockingly says heart? It was just a coincidence that Lakshmi entered Arjun's life, Purva and Arjun's marriage was already fixed and people say that only a good friend can become a good wife. Lakshmi counters that it can be said the other way around too, that a good wife can be a good friend too. Purva says that anything is possible but there's a difference in being and becoming. It's difficult to be a good friend, there's a lot at stake and Purva has been through it all and gained the title of Arjun's best friend. (Oh please, Lakshmi was his best friend too for a certain time😛) Purva claims that she knows Arjun the best, his likes, dislikes, habit, everything. Lakshmi interrupts her, saying that a long period of time is not necessary to know a person well, people change everyday and to understand Arjun everyday, Lakshmi will be with him. Love is not a commodity that once you buy it, is yours to keep. Love is actually like a plant, you need to nurture it everyday or it dies. Lakshmi tells Purva not to worry, she will take good care of Arjunji(Drop the ji Lakshmi!🥱) Lakshmi asks Purva to remember her advice for her future marriage.😆

Purva sarcastically compliments Lakshmi on planning the future. She says that its a pity she isn't as cunning as Lakshmi, she never thought that she would have to win her childhood love. She mocks Lakshmi over her love and says that Arjun would have never tested her(Lakshmi's) love if it were true. If Purva has been in Lakshmi's place then she wouldn't have had to give a test, for Arjun trusts her. Lakshmi tells Purva that she is glad the test was taken and that she passed all of them. Purva should be aware of this since she was there too. Lakshmi tells Purva that she is disappointed in her(Purva's) opinions and thoughts. She can't change them or Purva. She points out that the phone, the ring is Arjun's love for her. She wished for them, but she never used any cunning tricks to gain them, rather she tried everything to gain her love, which Purva couldn't do and hence she got Arjun and his love. Purva is speechless and tries to get into the car but Lakshmi stops her and tells her that she(Lakshmi) has the passion and the obsession to get her love, maybe that's why she gained her love. Purva finally sulks back into the car and leaves for the airport.🥳

Lakshmi enters her house and get's a call. It's Arjun telling her that he will be there in 15 minutes. Lakshmi isn't ready so she asks 15 minutes?! Arjun thinks that she wants him to get there before 15 minutes 🤣 Lakshmi tells him that he can come there anytime, the house is his and so is she.😳(This smiley is so weird. it's looks like Voldemort is blushing😕🤣with a goopy smile...see? I told you its weird.🤣) Arjun smiles. Lakshmi suddenly get's all formal and tells him that she'll be ready whenever he gets there. Arjun tells her that he is leaving and will be there soon.

Lakshmi bellows Bua to heat water for her bath. Bua tells her that she already did it as soon as Lakshmi was up and then scolds her for making such a fuss, early morning. She questions Lakshmi if she wants the world to know that Lakshmi is up. Lakshmi says yes and also that Arjun is coming to pick her up. After all he is special and the soon to be SIL of the house. She tells Bua to make something tasty and special for Arjun, this is his first visit after the engagement. Bua says that she will, when he was Ajay, she used to present any eatable to him and he would eat it without complaint but now he is Arjun Agnihotri and she should make something special. Lakshmi teases Bua and then says that when he was Ajay, she used to wear anything to meet him but ever since she came to know that he is Arjun,(Kal hi toh patah chala! 🤣) she is always thinking of what to wear, how to make herself pretty. It's such a hassle, after all she is the soon to be DIL of Agnihotri family and people will notice them. Bua tells her to get ready, she already wasted 7 minutes out of the 15 in talking. Lakshmi scolds Bua for talking so much and wasting her time 🤣 and then runs off to get ready.

After throwing many clothes on the bed, Lakshmi finally settles on a green suit, 'cause it's Arjun's favorite color. As soon as she get's ready (😲How in world did she manage to get ready in 7 minutes?!) she gets a call from Arjun who asks her to meet him in the courtyard. Lakshmi starts to say, so what if he is here and then immediately demure' and says that she'll be there soon. Arjun laughs and cuts the call.

Precap: Lakshmi sees the silver car ( think its a Qualis or a Sumo) and caresses it. She comments on it being so big and impressive. Arjun who had been smilingly observing her reaction tells her that he brought it for her. Lakshmi smiles at him.
