Okay, so the new guy wanted to buy Patil Nivas for any price they asked.

Maybe Neetu will sneak off to meet Oberoi and sell the house and take all the money. Then she can be left alone with all the money and everyone's hare, while Chandu-Manju-Pushpa still have eachother and the love of all 3 daughters. That would really teach Neetu a lesson.
