I don't mind the focus on women's issues, because it can serve a greater purpose. Use the ancient tales to reach a broad audience about what is rightful thinking.

What I can do without are the long bhashans. Oof. Show it to me onscreen, don't keep telling me the same.

I love SRJ as Shiva. IMHO, of all the gods, he was the best hubby. That side is coming out well. Since the central character is his wife, I think SRJ is doing a damned good job. He is a fantastic actor, controlled when he needs to be, sad when he needs to be, romantic when he needs to be, and he looks the part. I cannot imagine anyone else doing as good a job.

Also, the chemistry SRJ and Pooja have is, to put it mildly, incredible. Could it have been replicated by another duo? Possibly. But the production house has already seen the same people draw eyeballs to the screen, so why wouldn't they go with a sure thing?

The part that needs the most attention is the CGI. Shoddy. There is no other word for it. Having watched the production house's MBh and the promo for Porus, I can only wonder why this shabby treatment of 2 spectacular actors.

One particular thought occurred to me about Sundays episode. When Shiva tells her about Sati, Parvati's face does not show appropriate emotion. She doesn't know it's herself, right? And her hubby is standing there telling her he'll love another woman, forever and always. Any woman would have been devastated. Instead, it was the same confused expression.

First of all, he doesn't look like Mahadev.

More than his previous experience as Lord Krishna, it is his bearded look that is preventing me not to relate to him at all.
Oh, his acting as Mahadev is also bad.
Also, the constant running commentary provided by Mahadev is disrupting the flow of this serial.
Storyline is very poor and the vfx is also bad.

His acting is not bad, its just different. He has that feminine energy about him, which makes him better as Krishna or Lord Vishnu.His portrayal and make up is not proper

am glad we can be honest in this forum..and respect each others opinion. I believe that Saurabj isnt suited as Mahadev but as Vishnu. Mahadev should be more muscular.. Look at Nandi hes bigger and looks like a pehelwan.

I love the content of the show but the graphics is shabby...for historical and mythological shows graphics are really an integral part and here it is very messed up...the kaalikaali walk really was weird but I love the acting...the way kaali's expressions change when she sees Shiv under her and both their subsequent reactions are awesome...I love srj with the stubble...true that he looks much better as Vishnu and Krishna...but his expressions are good and the Shiv Gauri scenes were really good in this week's episode.

I am really waiting for the epis this week. SRJ as patient and mysteriou Shiv was imaginable but how would he be as heartbroken and ferocious Shiv I am curious to see. He really is a versatile actor and I am looking forward to it.

I don't like how often they keep mentioning "anth" and "aarambh". We get it CVs, the show is called "Anth hi aarambh hai" but it's beginning to get annoying.

Just figured out SRJ also was Unmatt Bhairav. I am kind of blown away. He's a fantastic, fantastic actor!😲
