that list looks fake to me..bcz as per some news articles SRJ is signed for Nikhil Sinha's next "Dashavatar"...he is doing DKDM now and after that he will do this show...he will play Vishnu for the 4th time where Mohit Raina who is known as Mahadev will play Krishna(though there is a big doubt there) but don't think SRJ gonna do Ashoka...

Thirdly, did Kaurwaki really exist?
I always thought she was fictitious n Ashoka'a wife was Devi who gave birth to his twins Mahendra n i font remember the name of the daughter...

Actually Kaurwaki's name is inscribed on Ashoka Sthupa. So no, she is not fictional. In fact, she is the only wife whose name is inscribed there

Yeah the list looks like some one's wish list to me!! And not a good one at that too

SRJ and Pooja - will take a little getting used to after seeing them as Sakha Sakhi to see them as a couple but I am sure if they are paired up they will do an awesome job given that both are such superb actors

If only someone gives us some legit info on what is happening!!

Yeah, I think the list is fictional too😆. But I am embarassed to say I bought it at first

But,

1) SRJ playing Krishna/Vishnu for the 4th time?😕. Thats kind of not very good for him as an actor. Is that news confirmed?

2) SRJ and Pooja are actors. They are not the original Sakha and Sakhi. They had oodles of chemistry too and IMO the best in the show! So, not certain why the and the 'No Way'. They will do a thumping good job. If they cant make us forget the other roles, then they need to look for other careers

oops neva knew kaurvaki was real!! thought it was a brain child for the movie ashoka!!

The thing is, on Ashoka Sthupa inscription Ashoka himself says Princess K is the one who turned him to Buddhism. Some books say Empress Devi and that she is the only one Ashoka really loved. But then K is the only name on his beloved Sthupa. So, I am thinking may be they are the same person😃
