So are we using these type of names, or Shaktidhari?. For me, a word like Shaktidhari leaves an effect rather than ' Wielder of Shakti', it will be just like a translation and would not suit the AT.

Infact there is another thing i noticed while re reading KK daan from both KMG and Ramesh Menon's MB both seem to suggest that it was actually yudhishtir who thought of karna as a better archrer and unslayable in battle with his KK due to which Indra took it away.Although Ramesh Menon's MB mentions this directly KMG does mention the same but indirectly

This is from KMG

And, O king, ever since they first saw each other, Karna always used to challenge Arjuna, and Arjuna, on his part, used to challenge him. This, O foremost of kings, was without doubt, the secret known to the Sun, viz., begot by himself on Kunti, Karna was being reared in the race of the Sutas. And beholding him decked with his ear-rings and mail, Yudhishthira thought him to be unslayable in fight, and was exceedingly pained at it. And when, O foremost of monarchs, Karna after rising from the water, used at mid-day to worship the effulgent Surya with joined hands, the Brahmanas used to solicit him for wealth. And at that time there was nothing that he would not give away to the twice-born ones. And Indra, assuming the guise of a Brahmana, appeared before him

Yes, KMG does mention that Yudisthira considered Karna the better archer, more than KMG, I have a sanskrit Shloka to describe Yudi's feeling when Karna entered the skill display, let me know if anyone needs it.

Yeah and this did not leave Yudhi even after KK Daan and thus went to Shalya with his request..

The shloka is Yudi's thoughts about Karna when the latter gate-crashed the event.

yudhisthirasyapbhavat tada matirna karnatulyosti dhanurdharah kshitau

Yudisthira, in his heart, knew that there is no archer greater than Karna. ( Please correct me If I am wrong in translating this )
