I used a weighted average - you get it by doing a SUMPRODUCT on the above 2 columns. That gives you 98. Divide that by the total - 55 - and you get the weighted average.

So all of you judged Kunti to be a 1.8, on a scale of 0 to 5.

thanks vrish .I agree with this rating even i gave her a two.She did make many mistakes but she did instill good values in pandavas and equally loved her stepsons as well. so for the she does deserve some marks as a mother

Hmmm.. would be nice if he behaved less like a "MahaPurush" much to Starabharat's delight and more like the hot headed warrior he actually was. The one that opened his mouth, snapped back, shouted, but was also kind to his enemies! ( not exactly digesting this one)!!

When he attacked Abhimanyu, he did not really attack him. Here is the summary of what happened.

There were 4 rounds between Karna and Abhimanyu, For the first 2 rounds, Abhimanyu was jointly attacked by many warriors including, Karna, Drona, Ashvasthama, but the lad pushed them back both of the times.

Third round resulted in a stalemate in which both of the warriors 'Bathed in blood'.

After the third round, Karna took advice from Drona about how to defeat the lad, Drona, told him that he sees no weakness in his archery, He (Drona) placed Abhimanyu above Arjuna in archery, Drona adviced Karna to break his bow, if competent, Karna within the next second broke his bow, and mind it he broke his bow when he was facing him. Then Kripa,Drona .Etc. put the lad down.

Karna was a warrior in the Battlefield and not a brother, He did not even spare his brothers (Though he loved his brothers and was mentally very very weak )

Star Karna would probably cry for an hour before attacking Abhimanyu.

Please No No Never would I like to see StarKarna crying for Abhimanyu. Okay he can, he should be sad for attacking his nephew on commander's order but please no watery eyes. Karna was not and never responsible for Abhimanyu's killing. I love him the way he is described in the original epic.

A war is going on and his nephew is killing warriors from Karna's side. Abhimanyu killed many ppl from Kauravas side including Lakshmana, Duryodhan's son who was also like Karna's nephew. His crying for Abhimanyu will be justified only when he first cries on Lakshman's death.

And in the war, Karna is no one's relative. He is an enemy of the anti-party and above all, a warrior. Arjuna too had to kill Bhishma then why should we get angry with Karna?

In the war, your duty as a warrior comes first then the rest!
