This is one of the most controversial questions on Mahabharata. N dat is mainly due to the fact that Ved Vyas hasn't said much about their intimate moments. Draupadi's partiality for Arjun can somewat be justified, because Arjun was the one, she was supposed to be married to, although she was dutiful to all the others, as well.
However, it is difficult to say whom Arjun loved the most. It is a popular belief that, he loved Subhadra the most. Some events that u stated say so. However, I think he loved Draupadi too.
With Draupadi, it was complicated as he had restrictions. Most importantly, he had to share her. He never had her all to himself. Besides their marriage was more like an arranged marriage, as they didn't know each other before her Swamvar. They stayed 12 years apart at the beginning of their marital life. This long time apart, probably, made him drift away from her. Because, in Mahabharat, Arjun n Draupadi don't really have any important scene together, except when Draupadi showed her displeasure, when Arjun brought Subhadra.
With Subhadra, things were different. They fell in love with each other n eloped. They have a love story. So, there's was a love marriage. Besides, she was Lord Krishna's beloved sister. N she was devoted to him alone. Lord Krishna too wanted Subhadra to marry Arjun, instead of Duryodhan, whom Balaram preferred. Arjun didn't bond much with Iravan, as far as I know, couldn't stay with Babruvahana for long, because of the condition made by his father-in-law. After that it was Abhimanyu, who was born, with whom I suppose, he spent a lot of time. Hence, he was more inclined to him than Shrutakirti.
I am a Parth-Pachali fan. However, wat is true, is true.
