It just struck me - one reason that Karna would have told Krishna that he enjoyed 13 years of sovereignty over Anga was that just b4 that, he had been subjugated by Bhima in the Rajasuya conquests, and therefore, he too was forced to recognize Yudisthir as his emperor. So he may have been king of Anga & Champa/Malini b4 that, but it would have been interrupted by his subjugation by Bhima.

Also, that too is another reason why giving him Anga was not the same as it would have been had he had Hastinapur/Indraprastha.

Sravss we had Mamashree counseling Dury and as usual taunting Karna was a byproduct.. 😆 do check out it was a good one around 8 minutes..

I dont know why but could not get enough of the episode was tooo tired and pressurised with work .. will watch now 😃

Completed reading. It was overall a good read. Little boring at times, with lengthy dialogues and monologues, and little actual 'action'. Uruvi is both a foil as well as an extension of Draupadi's character. Her insecurities of being second (possibly third) woman in Karna's life as well as guilt of having usurped the happiness of the older wife Vrushali and having betrayed her family's prestige - all are portrayed very well. She's brutally outspoken to Bhishma, Krishna, Kunti and Karna and gives Kunti tremendous and merciless bashing throughout the last few chapters. Before that she even walks out on Karna when the latter insulted Draupadi and refuses to return until few years pass and they have a son. Even when she concedes she makes it clear to Karna that she might not be able to respect him the same way ever again. She had long fathomed that Draupadi loved Karna (yes, here too!) but is tormented at the thought of Karna reciprocating her feelings and if its due to this reason he had her insulted. She even imagines, to her own horror, if Karna wanted Draupadi for himself when he called upon her to 'find other husbands'.

However unlike the Palace of Illusions it doesn't try to whitewash any character, not even Karna. Uruvi, unlike Draupadi of POI, is never too easy to forgive Karna's mistakes and continues to remind him of his impending doom. Second, Draupadi's ultimate feelings seem to be dealt with a lot more mature and covert way and is not over exploited but rather left on an enigmatic note.

Wow! Again, got glimpses of Karna in today's episode... he has bulked up which is making him look more attractive than before!! All thanks to Duryodhan...its because of him that we are atleast getting a glimpse of Karna in the episodes and the best thing is that he was also shown in the Precap...wowww! I won't miss Monday's episode! ⭐️ 😃

I want Karna to change his dress.. got bored of this look.. why do they wear the same dress and jewels always
