But am pretty much ok to see his pairing, better if his parents select her instead of a love track.. Karna was not a Bachelor.. His wives are not a vital part of MB but his sons were.. so I welcome his family life to be covered in the show instead of showing his son popping out from nowhere just before the war only to die in few days as written in the epic...

Well, then it's that particular author's imagination. 😊

I won't mind them showing his foster parents fixed some matches for him n he married those girls, n then became father. That's all. No eye lock, no love track , absolutely no romance etc. There are many more things to show about Karna. His married life was the most tiny n insignificant fraction of his life , that's why they're almost never mentioned n totally ignored in the Epic , despite him being a very important character of MB.
Why not show his life as King ?? They've no interest to show that it seems.
Let's not deny that, Karna never married any accomplished woman of that age , his personal life was pretty lack luster I must say. So, focusing on it will simply take away the charisma of his character.

I can bet , one good reason was intermingling of blood with lower caste queens.
Even Lord Krishna firmly believed in caste system.

You are wrong.. His sons did better than the sons of others whose wife/wives were Kshatranis.. I cant discuss this further but there are so many instances in Karna Parva which you can read through..

@Diala, if I'm not wrong, Karna's only surviving son VrishKetu didn't came from his cheif wife , or the Angarani.
But how could u say that the CVs will only show Vrishsena ?? If they at all show Karna's son, they can show all his sons, isn't it ??
I've also no problem giving a fictional name to Karna's Suta wife. But, I respect the Caste system of those days, because the Lord himself believed it , n it was completely scientific during those days. So, I'm not at all interested, rather i'd completely hate to see a Kshatriya warrior Karna marrying a Suta girl of a lower caste , n progeny arising out of such a very unfortunate wed lock.

@ Diala, no I'm not wrong , n I've read the entire Karna parva , in fact entire Kurukstetra war.
None of his sons were even comparable , let alone any match with Avimanyu or Ghatotkach.

I know he did marry Suta ladies n begot sons out of that wed lock, but they could've simply not rubbed that on our faces. Original MB chose to ignore it , n so did BRC's MB. N they did the right thing.

@bold: No one's married life is extensively covered in the epic very very few those lead to the war.. that no way means it was not a significant part of their life.. just because it is not written does not mean it is not there.. to me contradictions are something to be bothered about these are not.. also if it is not there it means he dint have any problem in his personal life that would disturb his warriorship so that is much fine to conclude he had a proper happy personal life..

Well I dont think anyone is interested in eye locks and love tracks of any character.. but they will show so am prepared to digest it..

I dont know about Vrishaketu or his mother.. this name comes from Janamejaya MB I heard which I have no idea about.. If you dont wish to see this as you consider that to be an unfortunate wedlock as per the caste system, I dont have anything to say about it.. that is your opinion..

@ Diala, the married lives of Pandavas were written in great details in MB, so it's not true that there were very few whose married lives were detailed upon. Also, Krishna's married life written in some details.
N there's a difference between not " well-covered " n not mentioned at all. Big difference.
Of course Karna had a happy personal life , as I'd like to think . But there's no need to show it in any detail, as it holds no significance. Can you please tell me with citation if possible , exactly what Karna's sons achieved in the war that's so special or worth special mentioning ?? I couldn't remember any such thing.
That's why I'm definitely not looking forward to his marriage story at all. Karna can be given screen space n importance in a much better way by showing other aspects of his life.
N this is Mahabharat, not just any story , n of course I'll be deeply disappointed if they make it into some fictitious novel like "Mrityunjaya ", from Vyas's original. I know they're half way towards it , but that's no reason wrong story interpretation becomes right all of a sudden.
N just because there were unforgivable story distortions with others many times till now doesn't mean, we should also start supporting n in fact asking n looking forward to such weird distortions.
