Hi its been weeks now but I cannot forget that gal and her plight. I am thinking when we have resources here at IF, why should we be begging those NGO's who are least bothered.
Here is my idea. In Tellybuzz we have articles about tele stars, their lives, how about an article on the life of harshita? before the maa exchange, during the maa exchange and after the maa exchange. if the javkar family has nothing to hide they should be ready to allow TB to interview harshita and we can be a little assured that the gal is okay and if she is not we have enough proof to take it to some NGO and maybe even asks some media ppl to help us.
My question is whom and where should I contact to ask TB to write an article on harshita? also if others can help maybe we all can email/pm the reporters here to make this a imp article and maybe save the life of an innocent gal.
if others have any other idea please post here. hoping we do something good for that gal
Have you thought about the negative impact of this? Public memory, media memory is very short.. what if she goes through torture as a punishment for the negative publicity that her parents would face? Also not to forget that you can do very little once the girl is with her biological father and legally married father's wife specially in a country where parental beating of a child is not considered as offense unlike developed countries like USA, UK.
Any step should be taken only if you can sustain it througout life (or atleast till she is independant) or else it would impact the child nagatively , may give some self satisfaction of social service but at the cost of a high premium!!
