Ila-Anand Raj have a showdown again
Judges Ila Arun and Anand Raj Anand who never get along with each other in reality show Junoon Kuch Kar Dikhaane Ka again had differences of opinion this week.
Ila's student Malini explains what happened. "I am a folk singer and Ilaji knows this very well but this week the theme was Bollywood. I was singing the title track of Aaja Nachle but I could not continue because I could not get the proper punch. I do not want to become a Bollywood singer but later on I continued singing as this is a competition."
When Malini stopped singing Ila was in favour of changing the song but Anand Raj Anand cheered her on and asked her to continue with the same song for which she ended up receiving good comments.
"This is not a normal competition where everyone wants to find a new Sonu, Sunidhi, K.K or Shreya. I am here to promote folk and Sufi music. I am getting good votes also so people like my style though I am not singing Bollywood songs. I will not sing any Bollywood songs in the future," informs Malini.
In the course of the ongoing tiff, Ila managed to cancel the theme for next week, as she opines that makers had promised that this show is going to be different.
This time's tiff will get edited from the show.
