That was the big shocker for me as well......I had expected so much better from Alisha especially who is a very powerful dancer....but she seemed totally confused and seemed to be forgetting steps.....no power in that act.....major letdown......but I'm hoping for a big comeback from Alisha next week.....she's one of my favs.


Overall I agree with you as well......mistakes were made by both teams to an extent so I wouldn't give a huge clear edge to either.....for the group acts, I felt DID-1 was better but then they didn't do so well in a trio act while DID-2 did better.....it's like they kept edging each other out.....DID-2 would lead then DID-1 would make a comeback.....so it was interesting to watch.

I'm deffo rooting for DID-1 though cuz they are the originals who've MADE this show's identity in a sense.......and there's some damn powerful dancers in there who can create magic....they've all danced together in various capacities many times.....interchangeable combos b/w Jai-Alisha-Mayuresh-Vrushali especially.....the original Terence ki Toli :D....

The judges were too lenient for Atul-Avneet's act. If it is about being encouraging, then they could have been lenient to Vaishu and Rutu too, but they weren't.

Atul was AWESOME in the duet, but Avneet was bringing him down. She was forgetting steps left and right and when she would, you can see the awkwardness in her face. I mean she is SOOO CUTE, so I can see why the judges have the soft spot for her.. but in terms of fairness and performance, 8 was a bit high (although Shaimak did mention that he is leaving technicality out.. but still).

Thank you nureat.. I am also hoping to see Alisha return with a bang next time.. Vrushali made up with her solo, and I am sure she will do well.. I am more worried about Alisha in DID1.. Looks like she has lost the passion for the show and is doing it for the sake of it.. Thinking about her performances in DID1, that Alisha was completely absent in DKS last week! Among gals, who can do Michael Jackson style the way she did.. But then she also had the best master to guide her and train her for his choreo... 😃

I agree with ya - DID1 team created the popularity and identity for the show, so they are like the first borns for those who love the show since season one... I am also hoping to see duets from the original TKT in different combinations.. 😃

None of the trio acts was exceptional or perfect... Only that DID2 ones were above average while one of DID1 was below average.. But I am sure my two power girls will be back as always!!

Yes, she is a weak dancer, that I agree with ya.. But I still prefer Vandu over Bhawana.. If I explain, Raju will shoot me dead!! 😆 My problem with Bhawana is that she lacks proper expressions and keeps a dull face throughout.. Not even a spark in her eyes, and looks so sad.. In that aspect, Vandu has more grace on stage and good expressions too.. btw, Vandu and Bhawana are good friends and knew each other before DID2.. 😃

But then she also had the best master to guide her and train her for his choreo... 😃 Yeah THE Alisha was totally missing in that act.....I have a feeling she's finding it tough to balance her rehearsals maybe along with that Dil Dosti Dance show she's doing.....I hope she gets her focus back though cuz she is an absolute treat to watch as a dancer otherwise.....I want to see THAT Alisha back who gave us such memorable performances in season one :-)

I am also hoping to see duets from the original TKT in different combinations.. 😃 Totally......I just have a very soft corner for DID-1....the show started with them and they first made the show's identity.....Paulson put it best....when these guys were all starting they had no clue what the show would become.....their memorable acts all put this show on the map to start with :-).....and I've always felt there's a special sort of bonding b/w the DID-1 group....it's like they've followed each other outside of DID also.....especially Jai-Vrushali-Mayuresh who're reconnected many times.....in Lil Masters and even JDJ. I'm looking forward to combo acts b/w these four.....there's a reason the TKT bonding is so special :-)

Yes, so true.. Even DID2 contestants from TKT also keep well connected to each other - esp Shakti, Amar, Kruti, Jack, Parvez... TKT developed a special bonding in both seasons.. Even GKG did that during DID2 though they were apart in DID1.. But for some reason, didnt see that in RKR.. People who have watched DID1 would never forget the amazing performances of Mayu, Jai, Alisha, Vrushali, Sid and all, and so DID1 has a special spot in our hearts - you said it well.. 😃

Yes, waiting for the DID1 Alisha to return!! Wanna see the same kind of power acts from her...

I found Season 2 dancers way better than season 1. Also, regarding Mayuresh-Bhavna dance, I think it was a bit overrated. I felt Mayuresh had a bit of struggle with the lifts maybe because of Bhavna's body structure. I watched the dance two times and felt the same. I also thought Amar's duet was better and a lot more passionate.

I have a speical liking for DID1 season dancers...just cos they are the first borns haha...but have to agree hands down DID2 jalwas had better concept, better choreography and better coordinations...I was shocked to see DID1 team, they seemed so novice and underpracticed...its like they had lost touch...the most hated dance was Vru, Ali, Bhav dance whatsoever it was...half cooked concept, no choreography...it didn't look a good attempt...they are so much better than what they portrayed in that dance...thank god for Mayu and Bhawana...that dance was the performance of the day truly deserved...I always knew Bhawna was really good, she was flowing as a silk ribbon on Mayu's hot bod LOL... they saved DID1... Dharmu, kishore and Vaishu on the first day totally rocked..I thought Parvez and Rutu deserved more than what was given to them atleast a point more...they did well...Yes Avneet and Atul were good, specially Atul but they had the extra point for cuteness...Dunno why but I think Shiamak is not grading well...Kruti and Anar...lot of coordination and handling the partner porblems...and yes what was Amar's leap on Kruti was....I giggled and I don't think ti justified the step even after Kruti explained it...
