Prateek takes the headphones off and tells Kabir that it is Vinod Solanki, his ex-finance head. Kabir asks about the relationship. Prateek says that he was never connected to the family, but Lavanya and Gaurav knew him because they worked with him. It was formal interaction only. Kabir asks how the contract broke. Prateek says 6 years ago he was caught committing fraud, so he was fired and jailed for 3 years. Kabir says he has a strong reason for revenge. Prateek says he went to jail because of his greed not because of him. Kabir asks if he tried to contact Prateek, which he refutes and says he disappeared. Kabir asks how he recognized the voice if he hasn't talked to him for 6 years. Prateek gets defensive. Then he explains how he recognized the voice. Kabir says that we can find his old address and if he's still there then no need to suspect him.

Amrita tries to convince Sanya, but she refuses to eat breakfast. Lavanya calls Amrita and she pretends that it's Trisha for Sanya and she gets sad herself as well. Amrita convinces Sanya to do all her favourite things and Sanya agrees.
Later Sonali and Nikhil are chatting about Gaurav in a hotel. She asks Nikhil if he still has feelings for her because he's still single. Nikhil refuses. Then Neha, Prateek's secretary, reaches there and meets Sonali and Nikhil. They start having a friendly chat.
At the office, Lavanya is on the phone and pulls Prem into her cabin. Prem points out the CCTV camera. Lavanya says she'll meet him at home. Prateek calls Prem to his cabin even as Lavanya watches without any terror.
Prem is shocked that police is taping his phone. Prem asks if they taped anyone else's phone. Prateek doesn't know and Prem looks worried.
An officer is talking to a guard asking about Vinod Solanki. Abhay is standing outside when Kabir arrives there. He pulls out his gun and they head in with the rest of the team. They go into the building and reach a flat which is opened a girl who says Vinod was the old owner. She says she has been staying there for 3 months as Kabir and Abhay put away their guns without letting her see. Kabir asks to see the house deed papers and finds a fake address. Kabir scares the girl before leaving. "Vinod Solanke ne kabhi aapko kidnap kiya hai? Lucky hain aap. Woh thoda psycho hai. Psycho. Prateek is getting angry about Vinod. He tells Prem to sit. He says that Vinod used to work under Lavanya and she thought he was innocent. He adds not to tell her anything and find all the deetails. Lavanya reaches there and Prateek changes the topic. Lavanya asks what he's hiding and Prateek gets angry. Lavanya asks if he's doing this because of the Faceword message and Prateek says yes in a round-about way. Lavanya leaves.
Amrita is watching a TV show on today's teens and high society families. Amrita is thoughtful when Sanya shows her the Mickey Mouse she made. The aaya comes to feed her dinner. Amrita's phone rings as Sanya is being taken away. It's Bobby who asks about Prateek. Amrita asks what the matter is. He says he wants to talk about Trisha and will tell them in the morning. He hangs up and is looking frustrated. Meghan overhears from outside and looks confused.
Neha comes into Prateek's office to announce Kabir. She asks if he wants anything a bit personally before Kabir comes in. Kabir says that Vinod is a suspect, but he adds that he has another doubt. He says that the court thought Vinod was innocent but Prateek kept going against Vinod. Prateek says that even if he had a personal enmity he would never do that. Kabir says that this case isn't simple, it's very complicated as that man has spent 3 years in waiting. Prateek repeats he told Kabir as much as he knows. Kabir leaves as Prateek looks at him.
Precap: Bobby tells Amrita and Prateek that Vivan was trying to kiss Trisha. Prateek is in Vivan's room. He slaps him and says he's like a sister as Sonali and Gaurav try to stop him and Amrita is watching in anger. A man is trying to force something into a girl's mouth. Kabir seems to be listening to something.
