We all saw Trisha's cousin accusing the other one.

(sorry forgot the names)

He saw him and Trisha too close to eachother,

Are those two something more than cousins?

Are they boyfriend and girlfriend?

Was her cousin too drunk to behave like that with her?

They told ACP that they consider Trisha as cousin when they were in perfect senses. So it is straightforward that their relationship is incestuous.
