Okay so Shiv acted like a jerk with ishaani and she did kinda give him the reason for it. But the best part was how he shut up his mami from talking nonsense in front of his in-laws. He has a bone to pick with ishaani but he wasn't disrespectful towards her father and sister ❤
In the scene when he's coming out of his mother's room thinking about ishaani, it felt like he would be able to deduce that ishaani didn't betray him but then his anger clouded his thoughts and he is right is his own respect.. he lost a brother and it seemed for sometime that he would lose his mother too.. it would drive anyone crazy! He cannot be blamed for his anger.. he has a right to be angry with the person he thinks is responsible for the mess in his life.. the person who has wounded him is the only one who can heal him too.. ishaani will have to slowly gain his trust and confidence, it won't happen overnight. I'm glad that she is taking it in her stride and hasn't given up on Shiv after all her love won't hold any meaning if she just walks out of his life just because he insulted her. Shiv comes from a life where his own father betrayed him and his family due to which they had to suffer huge consequences. It is justified that he has trust issues because of that and ishaani did something similar so naturally he'd harbor hatred for her.
Overall I love how the story is progressing and it is good that the writers are not making Shiv go all Sherlock Holmes with the conclusion that ishaani could never betray him, for two reasons.. one he needs time to grieve and that anger is a part of it.. different people have different ways of grieving and two because the writers need to develop a bond between ishaani and him and obviously trust will follow which will take time.. till then I'm more than loving this vengeful Shiv who will threaten ishaani all day long but when something actually does happen to her he would be the first to run to help her 🥺😘
