Shiv's jiju

What is your opinion of Shiv's jiju? He is all good and nice for now. But I get some villain-ish vibes from him in the long run like someone who cheats on his wife- Shyaam from IPKKND types. But, again I dunno how many villains can they have and who all can see Ishani with gandi nazar..they already have Shiv's mama in that house who was after Ishani's ijjat..I don't think they can have anotehr creep.
