Padmini Kolhapure the new tulsi - Article

Rumours floating around the industry suggest that veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure will be stepping into the infamous 'Tulsi' shoes when Smriti Z Irani leaves STAR Plus' 'Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi' this month.

This comes as a surprise after actors Gautami Kapoor and Poonam Dhillon were considered to be strong contenders.

In upcoming episodes of the popular soap, Tulsi Virani will have an accident, leaving her face badly mangled thus requiring plastic surgery. This will result in the exit of Smriti from the show. Smriti has been playing the role of Tulsi for the past seven years.
