Uday is Amrit's REAL brother. He has literally grown up with her by his side and more likely than not, that also means they confided in each other and kept secrets since childhood. Bhanu Veerji seems to have comparatively a disconnect coz he is atleast 8-10 years older than both of them and has a stronger religious affiliation.
