The precap showed the riots and some intense scenes related to the partition. I feel it's too early to show that as the stories of all the 3 pairs has just begun.

What do you all think regarding this?

Yes ..it's too early but I guess this all are the intial stages .both the families will convince eachother that this will never effect their relation.and they shall try to convince each other that the countries won't be divided ..let's see kya hoga.. I guess the couple's relationship will get more strong during the partition time and during all the riots ..

That scared me as well. There story had just begun and all this drama😣😣. But I think that this riot will not have much effect on the families as they are quite close. Abrar may overreact but that's a different thing, Lalaji and Baig Sahab's friendship is not so weak. What I am worried about right now is Vashma and Uday!!! This will be really traumatizing for both of them. And Amrit is also not so safe I guess, I wonder who would save her or will she escape on her own🤔🤔

They began this story in January 1947 and started with introducing us to the pairs. They are been historically accurate Mahashivratri was on Feb 19 in 1947. One day later, on 20 February 1947, the news of the independence in June 1948 (original date decided for transfer of power) broke out in Lahore leading to riots all over the region. Dismissed as mere speculation by a lot of people, but later became brutal reality smiley18

Yes, it seems to be sorta early to bring this into the narrative, but they are trying to slowly incorporate the real events of that time into the narrative. Uday, Vashma, Amrit and the generation who lived the Partition were already scarred and afraid due to what was happening around them. At this point, the Baigs and Sahanis will make it seem like their friendship is unbreakable, but somewhere things will never be the same again due to the voices of communal discord now echoing in the region.

Yes things won't be same again and even if their bond doesn't break they don't know where their destiny what will lead them .Not all families were lucky to save their lives .

..It may happen that they all try to runaway but all are fortunate and plus some one won't leave their homes as they were so much attached with their homes that they couldnt apart with it. We can't say how will they show in here. I think they should show also show the trauma of partition and riots and all the killings after 1947 as still the period after 1947 was volatile for both countries.

Let's see kya dikhayenge..they have to start somehwere ..to show the intial unrest.plus yaar I hope they don't stretch the partition period with unecessary saas bahu drama for trp sake . I am not keeping high hopes from makers but thoda .01%near to reality dikha sakte hai....

We dont know how the future for these six might look like, but what they are trying to establish is that as much as the common people of Lahore hoped for the communal harmony to remain, there was loyalists to each camp and they wanted their own favorable outcome. They could not escape the reality they were living in, which was that the cracks in the unavoidable Partition had already begun as early as February. Saas bahu ka pata nai, but while this is an uncomfortable topic to watch, it will make Uday, Vashma, Amrit and Randheer more aware about the value of life in such circumstances. Painful, but true 😭

They will be forced to make choices to hold close those that are dearest to them and protect them at any costs, painful choices which will govern their entire journey ahead post the tragic events yet to ensue. I know it is depressing, but then the common man seldom had a hold on their kismat

Regarding the historical accuracy, we have seen that in YUDKBH that they pay attention to minor details too. So here too I was expecting the same.

The partition will surely change the dynamics of the 2 families and its going to be heart wrenching😭

But I really got scared to see the precap as I wasn't expecting this so early.
