Kya Huaa Tera Vaada recently completed 250 episodes but rumours have it that the show might go off air soon.
The daily soap recently took a leap of 10 years. Even with popular TV actors like Mona Singh,Mouli Ganguly and Hiten Tejwani playing prominent roles, the show didn't manage to garner enough TRP's post the leap.
According to a source from the channel, post the leap the show didn't manage to strike a chord with the viewers and thus didn't gain TRP's.
A few days ago, there were rumours of Mouli quitting the show. When contacted, she told, "I am an actor and believe in doing my part convincingly. Sometimes it is difficult to keep the audience engrossed in a story. If they fail to form a connect with the storyline, they might lose interest. There can be several reasons for a show to go off air, maybe the audience was not able to connect with the newer generation."
We tried contacting Mona Singh and Sargun Mehta, but both remained unavailable for comment.
