Rocky was coming close to Nidhi with an evil smile on his face..."achha to tum Dean ko bataogi...lekin kya wo tumhari baat sunenge?" he started laughing after saying this. Nidhi was getting more and more anxious as he was constantly getting closer to her..."tum aage mat bado...warna main..". She tried to stop him but he didn't..."warna kya?" he questioned her. She realized his intentions and tried to escape from there...but he held her hand tightly and pushed her into the swimming pool. Nidhi was shocked at this sudden turn of events and she tried to stabilize herself in the pool...Rocky stood there teasing her as he was very happy to see her so helpless today in front of him. " Bhaagna chahti thi na...jaao...bhaag jaao yahan se... and he kept on mocking her...she stood there with her arms folded onto her chest with tears in her eyes...she tried to come out of the pool but found him standing there everytime she reached the edge of the pool... she prayed that someone comes there and helps her out of this situation but everyone was busy in the party. "Tumhe kya lagta hai koi aayega yahan tumhari madad ke liye... Bhool jaao...koi nahi aane wala... He knew what she was waiting for at this moment. She shouldn't have come to the party...she thought and tears rolled down from her eyes.

Jo maine aaj tumhare saath kiya wo mujhe bahut pehle kar dena chahiye tha... lekin koi baat nahi...pehle nahi to aaj hi sahi..." he felt as if his revenge was finally over today. She closed her eyes in embarrassment and she didn't respond to anything he said...when suddenly Rocky felt a jerk and someone turned him around forcefully...before he could realize what happened ...he received a tight slap on his face followed by a thump on his tummy. By the time he recovered from this shock...he realized that Dr Ashutosh was standing right in front of him with his eyes red due to rage... "Tum kya kar rahe the yahan pe... Maine sab dekh liya hai...tumhari himmat bhi kaise hui? aise behave karte hain apne colleagues ke saath?" he asked him loudly. Rocky fumbled with words as he knew there couldn't be any reason to justify his acts in front of him. Dr Ashutosh continued..."agar tumhe ladki ki izzat karni nahi aati to kam se kam unki beizzati to mat karo...tumhe iski saza zaroor milegi...kal aakar apna suspension letter le jaana...lekin abhi ke liye just go from here...just leave at once I said..". He ordered him and Rocky instantly went away from there as he knew Dean wont spare him easily.

Nidhi was so thankful to him that he came there on time...she had tears in her eyes but she composed herself. She was about to move out of the pool when she realized that her clothes were all wet and she couldn't come out like this in her short dress. Dr Ashutosh realized her anxiety and he asked everyone who had gathered there because of the chaos to leave...only Deepa was asked to be there for Nidhi. He took off his blazer and kept it on the table nearby...he turned around and asked her to come out of the pool and wear his blazer. He asked Deepa to help her out and she did as she was told. When she was comfortable she said...Thank you so much Sir...aap nahi aate to... He heard this and turned around... he saw her standing with her eyes facing downwards and she was still feeling ashamed of what Rocky did with her. " Dr Nidhi aapko embarrassed feel karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai...sharm to use aani chahiye jo aisi harkat karta hai...use iski saza zaroor milegi..." he assured her.

He asked both of them whether they had their dinner to which they denied...he asked the waiters to bring their dinner and coffee for both of them there only and that he would drop them home after that. He wont let her go alone in wet clothes like this at this time of night. He went to the party hall while both of them had their dinner. Nidhi told Deepa how Rocky had planned everything so that she could be punished by the Dean. Deepa was shocked that he was holding grudges against her since such a long time...but she was happy that now atleast he would be punished for what he did with her. Nidhi was so thankful to him for coming for her help on time but Deepa wondered how did he know that she was here when even she herself didn't know.

Nidhi realized that whatever she was saying was right...that means he was keeping an eye on everything and everyone in the hall. There was no other way that someone would know that she was here...she was really impressed with the way he did everything for her...he is a gentleman for sure...he thought. After they finished their dinner...Dr Ashutosh offered to drop her home...but she told him that she has to go to Deepa's home and stay there tonight. He asked both of them to get inside the car and he drove to the place told by them. He saw Nidhi through the rear view mirror...she was sitting there quietly...her silence and her eyes spoke so much...he knew she was a bubbly girl who was chatting everytime...but today she was quiet...to some extent he too was responsible for her agony...only if he wasn't so strict with her...but he has been like this always...then why is he feeling guilty today...he didn't understand what was making him uncomfortable today? He asked her what revenge was Rocky talking about and she told her the incident that happened in her college days.

Soon they reached Deepa's home and he dropped both of them there...when Nidhi thanked him and was about to go inside...he called her name and she turned around... "Aaj jo kuchh bhi hua use yaad rakhne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai...aap use bhool jayen wohi aapke liye achha hai...kal aap chhutti le lo...aapko rest ki zaroorat hai ..." he told her. Nidhi told him that she was fine and that she could come for her duty but he insisted that she should take a leave as he needs to handle Rocky in his way and that he doesn't want her to be present there. Nidhi thanked him inside her heart for being so considerate and she went inside the house. He drove to his home while Nidhi today felt that there is another side to him which he hides from the entire world. He has a soft heart which cares for people and is ready to help everyone but he projects himself as a strict Dean in front of others who wont take any nonsense from anyone.

She was thinking about him when Deepa came with milk and saw her lost in her thoughts... Kya soch rahi hai...kiske khayalon mein khoyi hui hai? " she asked. Nidhi told her that she was trying to figure out who is the real Dr Ashutosh...one that they see in the hospital or the one who helped her today...both the personalities are so contrasting...she is unable to figure out. Deepa told her that may be there is some reason for him to be like this... which no one had any clue and why should they bother...they are just interns there and they would be leaving the hospital in some time. Nidhi agreed to this but somewhere her heart told her that he has something in his past which has made him like this...she wanted to know what it was...but how...she had no idea...she decided to try and find out more about him gradually during her stay in that hospital.
