What kind of response would you say your show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge has received since it's launch almost 2 months ago?
Oh, really, it has been two months! I didn't even realized how the time has passed. I feel that the response has been good. Earlier people knew me as Arohi and now, they recognize me as Nidhi. So obviously, I have been successful to make an impression in their mind.
There were reports that the show was much hyped but hasn't been able to deliver decent TRPs. Would you say it affects the moral or drive on the set?
No, it really doesn't matter to me. What matters for me is that the audience should love my character. People are watching the show during the repeat telecast more than when it actually airs. I think this is happening for the first time on Indian television.

Do you think the show is getting tough competition from Balika Vadhu and Iss Pyaar Ko Kyaa Naam Doon?
Honestly speaking, there is no competition because people who have been watching Balika Vadhu will be watching it any way. The target audiences of both the shows are really different. TRP and numbers matter for the channel and the producer. As an actor, you don't really have to worry about them as long as you are putting your best.

Yes, she has. Earlier, she was lost. Now, she knows where exactly she belongs. Every day, she is learning something. It's a life of experience for her and she is trying her level best to fit into it.

Nidhi's best friend doesn't want Nidhi to suffer any sort of heart-break. Also, she is always worried what others would think about her love for Dr. Ashutosh who is much older to her. So as a friend, she is always being very careful and guarding her.

Every day, something or the other happens. I share a very professional rapport with him. He's a good actor and hardworking.

No, it has always been a love story about two people from different generations. The hospital drama just serves as a back-drop to the story.
