Personal life:

Kritika was born in a small town in U.P Called Bareilly, her hometown is Madhya Pradesh, India. Her father is a Dentist, her mother is a nutritionist and she has a younger brother who is studying. Kritika has done her schooling from New Delhi; Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj and she was pursuing fashion designing from National Institute Of Fashion Technology before she took up acting as a career. Right now along with acting she is doing her graduation in Arts in Mumbai. As of now she is also dating actor, Karan Kundra.

Hobbies:

Kritika loves to engage in creative activities, reading, listening to music, dancing and watching movies, in particular all movies of SRK, whom she has had a crush on since childhood. Kritika loves shopping; she is a self-confessed shopaholic and can shop anything, anywhere. She also enjoys socialising and going out with friends and family in her free time.

Kritika is definitely one of the most stylish actresses on Indian television today. She is a natural beauty with great style and glamour, and she can carry off any look.

Kritika is not brand conscious at all. Although her favourite designers are Manish Arora and Tarun Tahilani, she could buy anything from anywhere! She feels comfortable in shorts and a T-shirt or a ganji and somehow she can manage to look glamorous at all times. Like any other girl, Kritika loves bags, shoes and is crazy about perfumes. She is also very fond of accessories like rings, bangles and chunky silver jewellery. She is very well known for her nose ring and is never seen without it. Kritika is totally a kohl and lip-gloss person and her favourite cosmetic brands are M.A.C. and YSL.

Favourite cuisine:

Kritika is a big foodie. She loves exploring different cuisines and enjoys eating both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. She loves tandoori in any form, and can't live without chicken, chat, chips, caramel,chocolates and cheesecakes. Currently her favourite restaurant is 'Indigo' in Andheri Mumbai. Her Favourite hangout place is Aurus and Hard Rock Caf in Mumbai.

Filmography:

Kritika's journey into telly world began with 'Yahan Ke Hum Sikander', (Zee Next) (2006) when she was caught bunking college. A group of people from the production house were visiting her campus and she was approached to play the character of Arshiya. In 2008 she took up her first Balaji show, 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai' (NDTV Imagine) and played the lead role of Arohi Sharma, which was very much loved by the audience. She then went on to play Prateeksha In 'Pyaar Ka Bandhan' (Sony TV) in 2009. In 2010 she participated in the dance reality show on STAR Plus called 'Zara Nachke Dikha 2'. Kritika has also played a small cameo role as Geeta in 'Ganga Ki Dheej' in 2010 and is currently seen playing the role of the lead protagonist, Arohi Ahluwalia in 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai 2' (Imagine TV) since November 2010. This is a sequel of her previous show (Kitani Mohabbat Hai' Kritika and the male protagonist of the show, Karan Kundra created such charisma on the screen, that for the first time in the Indian Television history, the producer Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms and Imagine TV, were compelled to bow to the public demand, and make a sequel of the show! No other actor or show has ever been able to achieve this pinnacle of popularity on the Indian television.


Achievements:

Kritika Kamra was chosen the 'Gorgeous Hamesha Girl of 2007' by Parachute Advanced Coconut Oil for her beautiful hair. Her picture with the brand ambassador of Parachute oil, the Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, was seen in every other newspaper across the country. She won the 'Best Jodi Award' (NTA 2009). She was part of the winning team of 'Zara Nachke Dikha 2' (June 2010) and she also won the 'Vivel Deo Spirit Round' twice during this reality dance show. Kritika got to meet her dream boy, the Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of Karan Johar's talkshow 'Zara Lift Kara De' in March 2010. She had an awesome time chatting and singing with the actor, and the meeting was covered by NDTV News. She also met her favourite actor and crush since childhood, Shahrukh Khan on 25th Jan 2011, during the launch of SRK's reality show 'Zor Ka Jhatka'. She met him backstage where she interviewed him and he taught her the 'Zor Ka Jhatka' dance step. SRK recognized Kritika from TV and stated he had seen her serial 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai'. The interview was shown on Star News. Kritika is the current face of Miraaya, the very popular clothing brand of Indian ethnic wear. She is also the 1st ever Indian Telly actress to have such a huge fan following on a Facebook page, with over 50,000+ fans and the numbers are rapidly increasing.

Mohnish Behl was born on 14th February 1963 in Bombay, India to actress Nutan and Rajnish Behl, a Naval Lieutenant Commander. Actress Shobhna Samarth was his grandmother and actresss Tanuja is his aunt. Actress Kajol Devgan and Tanisha Mukherjee are his cousins. In 1991 his mother Nutan died of cancer.

Actress Ekta Behl is his wife and the couple have two daughters.

Television
He has worked in a number of television serials including Devi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kayamath and Sanjivani: A Medical Boon. He is presently playing Dr. Shashank Gupta in Dill Mill Gaye which is aired on Star One.

Five years ago the actor hosted a show named Bachke Rehna on Sony TV and is currently hosting a matrimonial show, Star Vivaah on Star Plus with co-host Additi Shirwaiker.

Movies
This versatile actor made his debut in the film Purana Mandir (1984) by Ramsay brothers. In 1989, he played a negative role in Salman Khan starrer Maine Pyar Kiya and this movie was a superhit. The most memorable positive roles played by him are for Rajshri Productions' Hum Aapke Hain Koun (1994) and Hum Saath-Saath Hain: We Stand United (1999). He played the role of the older brother in both the movies.

In the blockbuster Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000) he was seen as Inspector Kadam and he played the part of a music teacher in Astitva (2000). Mohnish received critical acclaim for this role. He was seen in a special appearance as a doctor in Vivaah (2006). Some of his other movies like Hum Tum Aur Mom (2005), Hum Do Hamaara Ek (2005), Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar (2006), Life Mein Kabhie Kabhiee (2007), Memsahab (2008), and Heroes (2008) did not do well at the box office.
