Hello Everyone😃!

This post is in the wake of the telecast of KAKP being suspended (I will refuse to call it OVER, until a reliable source confirms it!) All of us are extremely disappointed at the show being abruptly taken off air without even giving it is a logical completion. With s many Media reports doing rounds over the last few days we had accepted the fact that the show will be off air soon, but we did expect the makers to complete the show atleast... which sadly isnt the case. May be we are over reacting, it could very well be possible that the show is off air for a week or two and will be back like last time. But to be on the safer side, I think we should voice our opinion about the show deserving a proper and ceremonial end to it.

I am opening this post, so that the forum can post its disappointment displeasure & reactions towards its favourite show being suspended without a foreword, in a single thread. The reasons for opening this thread is that we can avoid multiple posts and replies to the same topic and most importantly, it will be easier to have all the reactions in a single thread to send it across to the makers.

I believe that the forum is being monitored by the production house/channel. I think keeping the forum active with discussions will prove the interest we have in this show. So here is hoping all the members (active & particularly the silent ones) will make their presence felt in the forum. No one can confidently say that these efforts will strike a chord with the production house/channel… but as they say "Hope sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible." Lets hope that this remarkably different show does see the light of day again😃. For all the time and energy we spend following and discussing the show, a little more effort towards keeping the forum and our hopes alive wont hurt, will it?

So go ahead and post your thoughts/disappointments & suggestions towards the suspension of the show. Mentioning your reasons for loving the show and appreciating the efforts until now of the entire team of KAKP will only go to enhance the post. We can claim of how much we love the show only if we prove it to them with substantial number of responses, so show your wholehearted support towards the reviving Kuch Apne Kuch Paraye😃.

Here is hoping that KAKP does come back to entertain its viewers worldwide😃.

God Bless.

Regards

Amu.

Hello Amu.....U have done a wonderful job by creating this topic...... U dont know how disappointed I am with this show suddenly going off air.....Ever since I heard the rumour of it going off air I was praying and keeping my fingers crossed hoping that let it be just a rumour but now since i heard that it hasnt been telecasted in India for abt a week I am really upset....Coz this serial is far better than any of Ekta Kapoor's saas bahu soaps.I hope this serial continues coz the storyline is really so good as so are the actors. If they really wanted to end it then atleast they should have shown a nice ending...This is really not fair for the viewers....Shahara one shud do something abt KAKP.I only hope we get to see this serial after a week or too....Regards...Tshering

hi guys, i think this serial was doing great . the story line, actors everything was perfect.it was not typical rona dhona even the negative traits of certain characters were shown in a way that it was hard to hate them. the family concept was very well refelected, during the time of hardships, they all were together, above all the character of ankur was very well potrayed, that no matter how selfcentred individual he was in the beginning still he was shown humane towards krishna when every one blamed her he came forward and defended her like a true man . i feel this serial should have been on some other chanel where it could have been successful with good trp, it would ahve continued without being puled out in between , it was done in the past as we all are well aware , it started again, but now it happened second time, really do not know whats up with this on off game.
the forum has been great, all the members have been very
respectful and kind in expressing their views and also by keeping us updated with written and video clips.
thanks

I personally think that this was one of the best shows on television. What I liked about this show the most was how real the characters were (except Arjun and Tanya). All the other relations that were protrayed in this show felt soo real. The way all the family members were gathered in the hospital when Tara was in the hospital and helping Yash cope with his loss was awesome. Even bua's character wasn't protrayed negative but someone who is having issues accepting someone else getting the importance that she once had with her family. Her explaining to Krishna that how she always fought with Krishna because she took over her role and everyone in the family started depending on Krish instead of Bua was brilliant. I think that was best way to protray a character because in real world human beings do feel the emotion of jealousy and the way one deals with it is by putting the other person down in everyone elses eyes. 👏 👏 Best of all was Yuvi and Krish's relation. Even though he married her for his selfish reasons he meant well by giving his niece or nephew a father's name. I loved the fact that even though he fell in love with her he understood that he cannot expect the same from her. 😃 I really hope that the production house atleast finishes the story and give this show a perfect ending! 😃

Hi folks,
Being in Canada we were a week behind than India's telecasting of KAKP but even that did not cheer me up while i read the posts and the rumor of KAKP going off-air..Agreed! if the makers of the show or even the channel did not want it to run but that does not mean that we as an audience are not even informed about KAKP being called off.Its just injustice on our part. This show had all the elements of being a Realistic,Entertaining,Valuableshow on TV. The family bonding, the evil vs. good, the morals, the business settings, hence! everything was placed in such a realistic way that this show seemed as if we r watching our own lives on TV. There were so many characters which were similar to the real world. I just hope that they bring back the show and give it a deserving ending.
In the end, thanks to all the members who gave their precious time to the updates, articles and videos..Thanks a bunch!
and Thanks Amu for creating this thread!

i just love this show. i think it is a great show so far on television. i am so disapointed to the sahara and the kakp production house for closing such a wonderful drama. it was a great story line with great cast. the most i like about the story is reality that shows in the drama. every single relations in the drama have 100% posibilities to be real one. the relation of yuvi and krishna i just love it. i like that they show that a person like yuvi could change in to a very nice gentleman. this is the show that teaches you alot like sacrifice something for the family. it is not a show where you show how to brake relations like ekta's shows. this was a show directed so nicely that touch your heart.

i think sahara made a big mistake of taking kakp off the air. other shows on sahara like solah shringaar and zaara are so boring and so old story. they should rerun the show for atleast a nice ending so viewers don't get disappointed to sahara.

This show is the best. It's soo good because the manner in which the creators wrote this show allows viewers to become immersed with the characters. Also, I like the fact that the show is realistic and that the story doesn't dwell to much over one topic. The best part of this show is obviously, Krishna and yuvi's relationship, their so cute. I like the Bua as well; she mean, but not unreasonably evil , making the show practical. I Despise Tanya, so I love the fact that everyone is so mean to her 😆 . Anyways I really really like this show and I think it is better than a lot of other shows broadcasted on Sahara.I am so disappointed 😭 that they ended the show so abruptly and hope that they start airing KAKP again.

Thanks Amu for putting up this post 👍🏼

I think my sentiments are going to coincide with those of a lot of other people...that of acute disappointment and disillusionment over this serial being suspended so abruptly.

Its always saddening when a series one likes ends...Missing the characters one loved to watch on a daily basis is a part of the game. However what makes it doubly heart-wrenching in this particular case is that the serial was yanked off air so abruptly...without any warning or notification. So many of us watch a drama with all its numerous twists and turns only in the hope that one day we will get to see a preferred ending to it...a fantasy that all will get right in the world of all those characters and they will live happily ever after. It is that sense of fulfillment which is important to the viewers in the end...to be denied that share of satisfaction is more than troubling.

In the past few weeks, I for one had got completely involved in the story of Yuvi and Krishna. Considering that they had just discovered one another, all I wanted to see was them leading a complete and happy life...together. In the event, terminating the serial where the last image I am going to carry is that of the two of them caught in the midst of a fire seems completely unfair and disillusioning!!!

This is a great show... It has a stellar cast...some great acting performances...Whats more there has been a touch of subtlety and realness to various situations which is lacking in so many other serials these days. Having been an avid television watcher for many years, I think I can safely say that if ANY serial today deserves to be on air, it is KAKP!

In a certain sense, its story line appeared to have just about taken off...the two leads Yuvi and Krishna were both undergoing a transformation in their lives...all the other characters were similarly at crossroads...Yash...Kabir and Bua! This was the time when all these characters were actually living up to the promise they had shown earlier...displaying the depth and complexity which is what one wants to see as an audience. Over the past few weeks, the twists which had been introduced were intriguing to say the least...Tanya's conspiracy, Abhay's coming back, Tara's death, the budding love between Yuvi and Krishna...There was sufficient reason to keep us viewers hooked to our television sets for some time to come! Of course as a lay viewer, I am not aware of the technical/production problems...but solely from the creative point, the serial was just peaking...it was about the reach its high. Each successive episode I saw over the last three weeks was actually BETTER than the previous one. All in all, it defies logic then to pull it off at this juncture!!!

Having said all this, the only thing left to state is that this show is a sure-shot WINNER! All it needs is some good promotion and a proper time slot...it has the potential to be BIG! And even if circumstances make it impossible to continue the serial, then please give it a proper ending! Please give the characters and the viewers their due! Yuvi and Krishna, and the rest of the characters deserve a happy end to their affairs. Whats more, the audience deserve a reward for their emotional involvement with this show...PLEASE make our concern worthwhile!!

love

I am really sad and surprised that this serial was taken off the air. I think that it is one of the better serials on air. They didn't stretch each and every frame till the audience was bored. It was fast paced and well done.

At least the channel should have taken the trouble to bring the serial to its natural conclusion rather that stop telecasting it so abruptly.

This kind of shabby behavior reflects poorly on the channel honchos.

Hi folks,
Is there a still possibility of this show coming back on Sahara? may be it's coming on any other channel?...its just hurts when makers/channel people do not inform us in the proper way of a show being called off 😕
