1. Who do you think has more right over Krishna? Abhay or Yuvi?
I feel that Abhay would have more of a right as a husband over Krishna than Yuvi. Abhay ay have been gone for a long time and lives may have moved on, but Abhay is the one with pure intentions here. Yuvi may be married to Krishna but is his "real" relationship to her that of a husband? I dont think so.
2. Now that Krishna has two spouses, which marriage is legitimate and lawful?
If we look at it through a legal point of view, it is Krishna's marriage to Abhay that is legit. Yes, he may have been thought of as dead but the fact is that he was not so this immediately revokes the marriage of Yuvi and Krishna. Their marriage would be like it never happened if Abhay shows up. In law, it is the marriage to the first husband that is the legal one, unless it is nulified by a divorce.
3. In your eyes, if Krishna were to make a decision, what should it be and why?
According to me, I feel that Krishna should decide to stay with Abhay. It is the right thing to do. Yes, it will hurt Yuvi. Whatever decision she will make will hurt someone. And consequences will be grave, but let us not forget that Abhay was her true love and Yuvi was just a means for her child to have a father. And this has been proven.Yuvi and Krishna may still have a special relationship but not that of spouses.
4. Krishna now has a child from Abahy and a child from Yuvi. How grave is the scenario and what consequences will it bring?
This will be one big mess! Because either way, it will be the children who will suffer. The first child of Krishna thinks that Yuvi is the father but now, someone saying that he is the father comes along. It confuses the child. The consequences of any decision of Krishna at that time will definitely strain the children and there is no way around it. No decision can be made that will make everyone happy and the children feel safe and stable.
5. If Krishna decides to go to Abhay, will it be fair on hers and Yuvi's child? and vice versa.
It definitely will not be fair to the child of of one in whatever dicision she makes because either way, one child will lose his/her father. Even though they give visitation rights and al that, it is not going to be the same and one child will definitely have to suffer. It will be unfair. So, in this scenario, there cannot be any right or wrong decision. Because either way, sacrifices have to be made.
6. If you were VP Raichand, what would you do to help the situation?
I would let them make the decisions for themselves and jsut be there to advice everyone without any biases. I should be neutral and just let everything play out the way it is supposed to be no matter how messy it will be.
