Kuljeet Randhawa (live chat with shaina of SS)
TV actress
"I share a good rapport with Gauri Pradhan. It's a rumour that we
have differences. When my house had got burnt, she offered me to go
and stay with herk"
Nick > Hey Kuljeet, I admire your acting skills. How did you get into
acting?
Kuljeet Randhawa > Totally by chance, had never planned to be an
actress. I was modelling earlier and then got into acting. Thank you.
Renka > You had said earlier that you were quitting the serial
Special Squads because you were making forays into films and even had
signed in one. What happened to the film that you were supposed to do
and why have you now returned to television?
Kuljeet Randhawa > My film ( By Chance ) was to release in July, this
year. But due to some legal issues among the producers there is a
delay, and being an actor I just have to wake up and act everyday.
So, I got back to TV with Kohinoor.
Behuri > Kuljeet, it was said that you had differences with co-star
Gauri Pradhan, who has a stronger screen presence and that's why you
quit Special Squad . Please comment.
Kuljeet Randhawa > No truths to that; it's just a rumour.
Clod > How is your rapport with Gauri?
Kuljeet Randhawa > Good actually. She is a very helpful person. When
my house had got burnt, she offered me to go and stay with her.
Prody > Did you take part in any beauty contest before? Were you a
Gladrags Mega Model participant?
Kuljeet Randhawa > No, but I had taken part in the Gladrags contest.
Jaggu > When did you start your acting and modelling career?
Kuljeet Randhawa > I started acting in November '99 with Hip Hip
Hurray . And I started modelling in '97.
Nick > Don't mind this. Honestly, I observed that you really have a
very sexy ass. How do you keep fit?
Kuljeet Randhawa > That's a funny one. I work out, that's the reason.
Thanks for the compliment actually.
Queenie > If not an actress, what would you have been? Where are you
from?
Kuljeet Randhawa > I am a graduate in Psychology Honors and I wanted
to pursue the same. The year I was to appear for my GRE, the film -
Hip Hip Hurray happened, and the rest is history. I am from Punjab
but never lived there.
Michelle > You look very pretty. We, all your fans, want you back in
Special Squad. Please come back in Special Squad . We want to see
you; we don't want to see Gauri.
Kuljeet Randhawa > Thank you so very much. I myself want to come back
to Special Squad but the producers just don't call me.
Doll > What are your hobbies and what do you like to do in your free
time?
Kuljeet Randhawa > I am trying my hand out at photography. On a day
off , I like to take my camera and shoot whatever I like. I love to
drive and enjoy taking road trips.
Aqui > Films or TV, which one is your ultimate destination and why?
Kuljeet Randhawa > Ultimate destination is a good script and
performing it truthfully; TV or films, it does not matter.
Reyishie_b > Hey you are doing a brilliant job in Koh-I-Noor!
Kuljeet Randhawa > Thanks a lot. I am really working hard on the
character, as I have not done something like this earlier. Nice to
know you like it.
Norma > Were you very close to late Nafisa Joseph? When did you two
get so pally?
Kuljeet Randhawa > Yes, she was my best friend. We hit it off while
shooting together for the serial CATS.
Jigs > What memories of Nafisa do you have? Do you think she was
unlucky?
Kuljeet Randhawa > It's way to personal and I don't wish to discuss
this. And definitely she was not unlucky.
Vana > So what do you think of the film industry these days. Are they
doing their right job?
Kuljeet Randhawa > I think every woman on TV is crying and every
woman in films is stripping. I don't know when they will start
performing.
Nick > Kuljeet, this is a proposal from me to you. Would you marry
me? If you were in front of me, I would have proposed by kneeling
down with a bunch of beautiful roses and a diamond ring accompanied
by a shout, I LOVE YOU! Would it be a Yes or No?
Kuljeet Randhawa > I want to say, you shouldn't marry a woman just
because you find her ass sexy. But if you were in front of me, I
might have considered it.
Mina > What are your future plans?
Kuljeet Randhawa > As of now I am committed to Kohinoor, till March
next year. Let's see, where life takes me after that.

thing. Don't let people tell you how to live your life. Mmwaahhh!
