doubt on sahil

remember the first time in the court he was trying to prove that i am arjun and than later on he called kajol from public phone and said kajol you got to listen me if not i will have to say everything on phone and she hung the phone down and next time in court he appealed that he want to say something to kajol in private i didn't get that why is he trying to convince kajol if he had been played mind games by kritika and has been told that kajol killed arjun and now she is after samay so why was he convincing kajol for and he should have known that kajol would never accept him as arjun coz that would fail her plan and he should have been thinking at this point that kajol knows that he is not arjun but nothing such thing is going in his mind this thing is confussing
