i don't believe so that it's even a bit similar to KMH. Infact the only thing is that KMH came before GEET so now we can say it's simiar to KMH 😊 Innitially, i thought that it's a bit similar but now i don't find that at all....maybe because i have balanced both shows into my perspective. Watching KMH does not mean that no other show should be watched or loved as much as KMH..No Nimra..i dun think i said dat..!! u can watch n luv wateva u wan2..😊@bold: absolutely right! dats y u dun see the similarity b/w the 2. 😊 I personally find GEET very amusing.i dun find Geet Amusing any more..as i told u i stoppe4d watchin the show for the same reason. u mite not b dat familiar wit Indian dramas..so u find it new..even wen i keep the similarities wit KMH aside, the sho reminds me of so mny other shows i had watched in the past. so for me its jus old wine in new bottle. I never saw DMG (don't like it) so to me Drashti(geet) is a new girl....and she's doing amazing. The reason of her being bubbly is that she's portraying a real punjabi girl. (Punjabi girls are most of the times chirpy/bubbly/talkative) And I don't agree that she changed her character after joining the office. Infact, the first scene where she was running back from her school/college shows how bubbly/naughty she is. Yes she got a bit serious when her family punished her or when she got betrayed by her fake husband. Then eventually she found a new place and new people with whom she settled back. 😊 Even in the beginning when she joined office, she was not so chirpy since she had just left her house and was still in shock due to her husband leaving her behind.
As far as Arohi is concerned, yes she did have innocense on her face but their backgrounds are not the same so geet doesn't have to be like Arohi. thank God Geet is not like Arohi n the same goes 2 Maan..otherwise i wud get iritated watchin a remake of KMH.. though Punji was arrogant too..ther was loads of innocence in his anger too..wher as Maan simply scares me wit His big round eyes..😳😳Hez totally rude!!😳 Personally, i think Geet is very innocent espacially when she fights with Maan. She has a cute doll like face...😊 i agree she has a cute doll like face..but ther is more naughtiness dan innocence..dats my personal opinion.. Plus, zaroori nahi ke innosence ho tabhi character acha hota hai...no i din say dat either..infact i hav liked n luved so mny characters on TV before, includin Muskaan in DMG(i dun watch it either but yea i did sumtime..neva a fan of it..😳 all for time pass😛)now we're acting like Arohi jesi larki na ho toa woh achi nahi hogi. 😊 Arohi luks gud only wit Arjun i wud hate 2 see a character similar 2 Arohi's in the future..😳😉
I didn't follow this show but watched it all at once when someone on adda said that Maan acts similar to Arjun. yea Maan did act similar 2 Arjun but nw neither Maan nor Geet remind me of Arjuhi...but the scenes. I was tempted to see it.....and I instantly fell for it. 😊 Now i follow it regularly......and i love it to the core.....KMH & Geet reside in my heart 😊.
The storyline is very different. For example, Maan doesn't hate ALL women like Arjun. Infact, he gets mad at geet because she doesn't stand for herself and against her family's torture. i like dis part😃 Now he avoids her because he's in love with her whereas Arjun never did this. 😊wel Arjun did this😃brush up yo memory...on Salvi' engagement wen Arohi' bua tells Him sumthin like..the one hu cums in His dreams wud b the one he has fallen in luv wit😳 Plus Arjun confessed very quickly and abrubtly whereas Maan has been feeling for Geet since ages it seems...but he's unable to tell her. well the reason behind dis can b jus one..dat KMH plot ran by too fast in terms of story...it was around six months since Arohi joined the office dat Arjun realizes He loves her wher as we gota see it all in less dan 2 months or so..😳 The only similarity I see is the boss-secretary relation...boss-secretary relation was not the 1st of its kind in KMH..its the scenes dat r similar..yea situations r different...yet for me n so mny others it does remind of KMH...aor woh bhi Geet left the job now..not sure wit this part..coz she sure left the office but joined bac as his secretory in His own Home..n if my assumption is right den she wil join the office bac...even if she doesnt..she wil b stil workin for Maan as his personal secretary.😊dat dadi thing is also boring for me..coz i hav seen the xact plot before not in KMH though.😛 If you talk about scenes then yes, some are similar but not copied. Someone mentioned that Arjuhi were trapped in the library....but Maaneet were in a room...for the whole night and there was alot more that happened during the night...yea n wateva lots happened in the nite r common scenes in luv stories i hav see befor..so nothin amusin in dat for me.. 😊 Also, GEET has many more romantic/eyelocking scenes before they actually fall in love than KMH. We saw very few moments between Arjuhi before Arjun confessed to Arohi.
If you see both rain scenes, you will see hell of a difference...The rain scene!!! i wud totally disagree wit ppl if they say reminds dem of KMH..coz it was NOT..dis kinda rain scenes r soo common in such shows but KMH' every scene was different😃 simply my opinion as i hav seen a lot of dramas before KMH😳same goes 2 the numerous romantic/eye-locking scenes..wich definitely u cannot take bac home😉 ..Plus any love story would have rain scene....not a big deal. 😊 There is also a lift scene...yea the lift scene as i said the situations are different ..yet the lift scene did remind me of KMH😊...but again it's very different. Also, in the office there are two girls who always try to mess up things for Geet but none of that happened in KMH. yep..the 2 gals..neva happened in KMH...dats y most of us say KMH was different...coz dis 2 gals messin up things for the lead in the office has been seen several times in different shows befor.. 😊 So thats why i said that the scenes may have similar glimpses but are executed very differently.
Also why should any show remind you of KMH?? We should have a special place reserved just for KMH. 😊 KMH is very special 2 me..KMH runs in my blood😳has totally taken over my mind...so its obvious such scenes remind me of KMH.
