"Arohi... why you never answered to my letters?"
Arohi looked Arjun. "I ... I never received your letters " said a little surprised by that question. She, in all those years, had had no news from Arjun ... and thought he had forgotten.
"How?" He replied "I've written Arohi ... every week in all these six years I have sent a letter " said Arjun.

"Really?" Muttered Arohi "Mamoru ... I'm sorry ... I wish I received them" then continued. She realized that her parents were throwing away the letters before she knew it. They had never seen favourably Arjun. According to them he was not suited to the daughter of a great businessman.
"Do not worry ... it's not your fault " reassured him.
"Yes, but ... I ... my parents would not have done it "said Arohi.
"Your parents were wrong to hide my letters ... but now you're here ... and the past no longer matters " said Arjun taking Arohi's hands in him. She smiled, trying to hide the guilt she felt. Not only for the letters, but for something important that had not the courage to reveal him. She was happy to have met him ... and she knew that for him was the same. But did not and could not deceive Arjun. He had told her that the past no longer mattered ... but in his present there was no space for him.
"Something wrong? " Arjun asked.
Arohi shook herself from her thoughts. Arjun had the strange power to understand her and she opened her mouth, she could read him like no one else was ever able to do." No.. All is well "
"Are you sure?".
Arohi's reflected in his blue eyes, sincere and deep as the sea. She knew she had to tell him. But would not.
"Well really ... I want another bowl of ice cream" confessed in an attempt to change the topic.
"You have not changed at all ... you are always the usual Arohi " Arjun replied, laughing. Then turning to the waiter "Can you take two cups of chocolate ice cream with whipped cream? "
"I'm insatiable ... but you get two bowls of ice cream seems a bit exaggerated " Arohi said.
"Do you think I can stand idly by while you eat more ice cream?" He said, amused.
"Arjuuun! "Exclaimed she " And then you tell me who are the voracious" continued throwing a pinch on the arm.
He tried to answer, but they had to stop their skirmishes that had just arrived the waiter.
" Ugh ... it started to rain" said Arohi looking at the window.
" Yeah ... just like that night ... remember?"
" You're right" she said. "And like that time, even today I have the umbrella ".
Arjun laughed. Then he looked out. Even Arohi did the same. Each of the two ate in silence, ice cream, lost in their memories.

[Flashback]

After that first meeting Arjun and Arohi had clashed several times. He never missed an opportunity to tease her and she responded in kind, calling the most obnoxious boy who she has seen on the face of the earth, not even in the entire universe.
One evening, however, something changed, giving a major turning point in their lives ... and their future.
It was ten when Arohi was coming back home. She had spent the night in a game room in the company of some girls. She was alone and there was nobody on the street, when suddenly she heard someone walking behind her.
She turned and saw three boys. Startled she turned and walked quickly toward the house. But one of the three was too quick for her and in an instant he was in front of her. Grabbed her arm making her hurt. Arohi tried to scream for help, but although she tried to call the voice seemed not come out. A shudder of terror struck the back, while some tears began to slide down her face.
"What are you doing, baby? Crying? " Guffawed another boy who had meanwhile reached.
" We just want to enjoy a little" echoed the other brushing her hair.
More and more frightened she tried to fight to free the three, but each attempt was useless. With closed eyes she prayed that this nightmare would end as soon as she continued to cry, unable to hold back tears. Suddenly she heard someone approaching. And a voice. That voice which last week had annoyed her was now teasing there, and was intimate with the boys to stop. She opened her eyes and saw him.
"Boys let go immediately " Arjun thundered with eyes full of rage.
"We are just having a little fun " said one of the three unaware of the warning by Arjun.
" Yes .. why do not you jun us "proposed the one holding Arohi close.
"Let her go NOW!" Arjun said, without being intimidating " otherwise I will be forced to arrest."
"Oh, and who'd be a cop? " Said one of the three giving no credence to his words.
"Yes" Arjun replied putting his hands in his pockets and taking a document in blue leather " I can show you the badge if you want to ".
To see him make that gesture the three were frightened and fled to his heels and throw Arohi. Arjun walked over to help her to stand up.
"Tha ... thanks " Arohi whispered, taking refuge in the arms of Arjun, who hugged her trying to reassure her.
" Sh ... it's all right, now I'm here..."

The embrace is an invisible door
Appearing suddenly
When two souls and two bodies meet.

The door through which one enters in the soul of the other
But there is no need to knock
Nor to ask permission.

It a door that opens at the same time
Where you spread your arms toward the other
A sign of friendship and love.

I came to this door
Leading to your heart, your soul.

It's a high and wide door
It's not close
because you hug with open arms and not close.

Crossed that door you enter in a dimension of intimacy,
that no text even explanatory
