Me loved Wednesday's episode like Missy Miss Nudge. Something was missing in Thursday's. For me, Kabir's realization and regret did not come through, and that made the episode quite dull.

Daaku...😆...Kabir's regret worked for me...I liked that it was understated and left to the viewer's imagination!

I dunno, I didn't quite feel it- like wow and BANG! but yea they did highlight the main parts- i wished they didnt spend so much time on those two. I still dont like that guy Vicky. He simply didn't have that assertiveness and intelligence. When they showed him at the office, I was like-Yes! its happening, but no, not only did he fail to live up to his dad's expectations but mine too(ha! like I matter..)

ARM''s - I m the best was 👍🏼
Rahul acted terrific- scene with letter and lubana were nice.

btw who is gonna run the empire after Kabir? Lubana lol...

All in all- moral of the story- do something in life that leaves a legacy but don't hold on to grudges because life won't hold on to you! ...had a nice time!

An.. Agreed, Me too felt something was missing in the last episode. Some piece of the story was missing and hence the story felt not complete.

Kabir realization and regret was too short. In a flash he was back to normal. A bit more of it would have been good.

The last scene between Kabir and Lubna - does it mean that Kabir ended his relationship with Tamanna??? No clear cut answer to that one as in the Tues episode T and K were talking nicely on the phone. After wasting so much time on Kabir and T relationship and then keeping that part hanging thereby rest at viewers imagination was not done.

In the last episode what stand out for me was ARM letter.. that was so touching and honest confession straight from his heart. Too Good!!!

Zulekha sitting in the library and working ~ that scene too was very nice.

Vicky-Zulekha blah blah was blah blah only...

Sapna.. what a lady. Great Acting.

Miss ARM in the episode but his voice over at least help some.

Will Miss Kismat so much...

it wouldn't be wrong to say that this was one of the best shows on Indian Television in recent times... though the writing did leave me disappointed at several places... but the performances more than made up for it... it seemed that rahul, viraf, khalida, rasika, kiren, rushad, shiv subramanium, the actor playing jayant and all the actors who played important roles in the show literally lived their roles... kabir and aditya literally grew up and grew old in front of us... saying goodbye to the show is like saying goodbye to actual people instead of just some characters atleast for me...
i liked the last episode... especially the kabir-kavya and kabir lubna scenes... kabir's expression during both these scenes made me tear up... i saw the old kabir there.. the kabir that i fallen in love with...
the sapna-zulekha library scene was lovely too...

@ gargi

I agree with u. A beautiful finale episode. So well emoted. that letter tore at my heart also. I too had tears in my eyes. I actually felt sad for two reasons.

First was that ARM was such a good-hearted man, but did not want to show that side of his to the world. He preferred to hide the soft side of his nature behind the tough exterior.

Another reason why I felt sad was when I considered what a waste their lives had been because they let their egos take precedence over their feelings. The saying 'time and tide wait for no man' is most befitting here. Both ARM and NKK spent practically all their lives attacking and counter-attacking each other, and in their blame-game they drifted away not only from their original characters/personalities but even from their loved ones Had they given less importance to avenging each other and more to their family life maybe things would have been different.

All said and done they were not evil characters but simply had fallen victim to circumstances. ARM's letter in the finale episode was so moving. It showed the true but hidden good side of his character. And when Kabir called for the Nawab Mills to be closed for 2 days as a mark of respect to the original owner that showed the beginning of the thaw. In fact the thaw could be said to have started when he went for the funeral meeting. His awkwardness there spoke volumes.

In the last two episodes both the characters/actors stole the show. Hats off to all of them. I think this show deserves a standing ovation.

One final word...Shows like Kismat are a rarity on Indian TV...wish more production houses would come forth with such shows and also wish more channels and the viewers would encourage the production houses to make such shows.

Adios amigos...although life will go on for all of us after today, yet for me it will not be the same for sometime to come...I am sure will be looking for a similar good show for along time to come. So till then will watch some crap on TV as that is my major source of entertainment...

June 1:
I was expecting Aditya Raj's end in the library so it didn't come as a shock. I was prepared for it. He didn't leave his composure even in death. I choked up a bit when I saw Kabir Khan sitting alone at Aditya Raj's memorial service. He just stood there with folded hands and let his eyes speak to Sapna. It was effortless. That's what I like about this show.
Emotions need not be always deafening. I liked the way Aditya Raj came down the stairs expecting his end, Sapna's reaction to Aditya Raj's passing and Kabir's silent gesture. Emotions expressed without words.

I loved the finale from start to end. I'm positive about all the characters tonight. Again, I liked the way everything seemed so realistic, not a tinge of melodrama.
All this while we admired Sapna and Aditya Raj's beautiful relationship while Kabir and Lubna got the raw deal. The finale finally did justice to their relationship. Lubna mocking Kabir when he declares that Kavya got his good looks and then smiles when she finds out that he gifted his lucky bracelet to their grandson. Their kiss was bliss. That happiness was lost for long. It finally came back. This is real life. It's not perfect. You lose many opportunities, many people and then one moment just makes up for everything.

When Kabir went to meet his grandson, he chuckled while his daughter and SIL engaged in silly war of words. His eyes welled up towards the end perhaps thinking about his nemesis (now friend) Aditya Raj. I choked up a little there.

Tonight was all about Kabir and I'm so glad that he finally got the respect that he yearned for all these years. He finally got Aditya Raj Merchant's acceptance too. It was a perfect finale for me. The characters are etched in my mind.

Kudos to all the actors who got into the skin of their character.

@ all the posts

All the posts have been beautifully worded. So much so that there is nothing left for me to say or write. Just one thing I would like to say...its the end of a beautiful show and I will miss it desperately. Loved everything about it. Nothing more to add that u all have not already said. Except that now the 10.30 band will leave a void in all our lives till another equally good if not better show comes our way.
