Grate raw gobhi, put some salt in it and leave aside. After a while squeeze out the water from it. Then add grated ginger, green chille, fresh green dhania, salt to taste, red pepper and dhania powder. When you amke atta add some salt also.
I normally make two small rotis and stuff the gobhi mixture in it and then roll it bigger. It takes some extra dry atta to roll them out.Then make them like normal paranthas with oil or ghee. But tastes real good with fresh yougurt or home made butter or aachaar.
