Guys, Its Birthday time!!!!!!

Its The Birthday of our awesome Sarwar Ahuja whom we better know as Keshav Pandit on.

(Recipie invented by our awesome cook Sarwar himself)

So all the girls,(and guys as well) interested in knowing 😉
here's the recipie

Sarwar's special chicken

Ingredients: - 300-400 gms boiled chicken cubes, 1 egg (beaten),1tsp ginger 'garlic paste, salt to taste , tsp ajinomoto, 11/2 tsp chilli sauce, 2-3 green chilli (chopped),1 tsp vinegar , 1 tsp soya sauce, coriander leaves to garnish. Oil for frying.

Method : - Take a kadai put chicken in it and add all the ingredients expect coriander and mix thoroughly. Keep aside for 30 minutes and then heat oil in another kadai and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown. Garnish with coriander leaves.
