1. Soumya tries to turn Pam against Kesar but to no avail. Pam tells her that money and property are not more important to her than her motherhood.
2. At the office, Rudra, Pam, Natasha, Kesar, and Vikram are in the conference room. Rudra suggests that they go into construction and to start with, they should submit their tender to the new Rs. 50 crore government project, Harmony Housing Colony. Everyone is in favor of it. He assigns Natasha as the legal adviser, Pam as the in-charge for Raw Materials, and himself as the in-charge for accounts. He makes Kesar the head of the project, as she is his lucky mascot, but she tells him that she doesn't think she can do it. He gives her confidence and tells her that they are all with her. Vikram asks him for his responsibility in the project but Rudra says that it would be better is he doesn't do anything, as he doesn't want to lose the project.
3. Shalini tells Abhi about the project. Abhi tells her that the Mallyas have a big name and will definitely get it but she tells him that she wants him to submit his tender. She tells him that they would always come in the way of the Mallyas and this is the start. He tells her that he doesn't have enough funds for this. She tells him that she would finance it but the project would be under his name.
4. Harman comes to meet Riya at her office cabin. She tells him that she was collecting some information about it. He asks her to have dinner with him so that she'd get to know him better.
5. The in-charge of the government project compliments Rudra on their presentation and tells them that they have a good chance of winning the contract. As they go out, they bump into Abhi. He tells them that he is here to submit his tender. Rudra asks him as to when did he venture into construction. Abhi tells him that he started his company, Abhinav Constructions, last month. Rudra tells him that now he wants to reach the level of the Mallyas. Abhi tells him that there's no harm in trying. Rudra tells him that he came to this city with the dream of becoming a big businessman like him. Abhi tells him that he has become a big businessman but he is happy that he isn't like him. Rudra tells him that he doesn't have a chance in front of them. He asks him as to where would he get the finance for this, unlike before he used to go after him (Rudra). Kesar looks upset with Rudra. Rudra tells her not to mind them, as they usually talk this way even as friends. Abhi agrees. Rudra wishes him luck. He leaves from there. Kesar looks back at Abhi with a look of concern but he nods his head, telling her that it's ok.
6. Rudra takes Kesar out for dinner. He asks her whether she is bothered by what he said to Abhi. He tells her that he wasn't serious about it. Kesar tells him that it seemed he was. He then tells her that he likes looking at her sad face. She starts smiling. Just then, she gets a call from her mom but couldn't hear her properly. Rudra asks her to go to the other side. Kesar moves to the other side. As she talks to her mom, she sees Harman and Riya together. After Riya leaves, she hears Harman telling his secretary that he would make Riya fall in love with him so that she and Neha would fight over him, and then, he would slowly go out of their lives. Kesar is shocked and decides to tell Rudra but stops on thinking that Rudra might get mad at them. She decides to talk to them.
7. Vikram makes a big fuss over Abhi submitting his tender for the project in front of the whole family. He tells them that it is because of Kesar that Abhi is going against them. Just then, Rudra and Kesar enter. Rudra shouts at him. Soumya tells him that Abhi is taking his personal revenge through business but Pam disagrees.
8. Kesar is bothered and tells Rudra that she doesn't want to join the business anymore. He tells her not to listen to what others say. She tells him that if they don't get the contract, she would be held responsible. Rudra tells her that she is his strength and he has faith in her. She tries to say something but he asks her whether seeing Abhi's failure bothers her but she tells him that she doesn't want to get stuck into any problem. Rudra tells her that she has always supported the truth, so why is she scared this time. He asks her to smile for him and she does.
9. Kesar tells Riya and Neha to stay away from Harman, as he is not a nice person. She tells them about his plan but they don't believe her. Neha tells her that Harman insulted her at the party and she is taking out her frustration this way. Kesar tells them that she is concerned about them but Riya tells her that they could take care of themselves and it would be better if she doesn't interfere in their matters.
