This is why I am loving this show so much! Yes, Adiraj is such a breath of fresh air for being a supportive ML but Kavya can reach her goal on her own.Such fresh writing for both characters, not putting down one to uplift another. He reached out as she raced towards the bus but she boarded the bus without needing his hand. 
Today's episode was amazing.overall episode was about you are enough for yourself. The way they showed kavya will achieve every difficult situations on her own and the way adi is cheering kavya humara captain kaisa ho kavya Bansal jaisa ho wow.
When adi said aurton ko mardon se peeche nahi aage hona chahiye this is the change we need in our society where they think womens are week.
I think in upcomming episodes kavya will convert all her weakness into strength.

I think Adiraj will leave the academy at some point soon and he won't become IAS. He's Shuv's foil after all. My prediction is he leaves, she becomes IAS and they meet in a few years. In the very first promo, Kavya is DM - realistically it takes 5-7 years to become DM.

Bcz i kept wondering if Kavya will be the DM of Lucknow then Adiraj must be DM of a nearby city like Kanpur but then what was he doing in that wedding (green saree promo)🤔?
The way people there showed respect to Kavya it looked like she was the only knd holding a powerful position in that event.
Finally Adi knows the relationship between Kavya and the director.
Finally Kavya knows the relationship between Adi and the corrupt Netaji. This is getting even more interesting.
Jaideep, egged on by his vindictive wife is still hell bent on ruining Kavya's IAS aspirations. He felt a little bad, remember the old times when Kavya was freshly hurt but he is back to his old self.
The best part of the episode was the reveal of the dynamic between Adi's parents. Adi's mother is a very intelligent women (she cracked UPSC after all) and his father is very aware of it. 🤔

This has high chance as shuv couldn't take her success whereas adhiraj can , this is also one of the plot ..him giving up his chair can indicate this.
But again I think that still has time as they will show the trainee phase for now
