Chapter 32
Nandini's POV..
If staring at me was his favorite habit then I have realized that this habit is transfered in me now because since the time I woke up I was staring at his charming face. He was the most handsome and charming person in this whole universe.
My each cell was aching with a sweet kinda pain. Last night once again he made me feel so special. He kept whispering the words in my ear that I was the most beautiful lady on earth. He told me that how much he was lucky to have me in his life, in his arms and in his bed. He told me that he can't love anyone else then me. He told me that he feels jealous whenever he finds someone staring at me unnecessarily.
His possessiveness ahhh!
He was sleeping on his stomach and I slowly climbed his back. He moved a little and adjusted us easily. My face reached his ear and I once again ruffled his hair..
"Manik!" I called him softly and ruffled his hair more..
"Hmm!" He just hummed digging his face in the pillow and I giggled..
"Suniye na!" I teased him more and he didn't respond to me instead kept sleeping
"Abeer kay Maan Chacho?" I called him again and my lips lingered on his ear in a teasing manner..
"Unnhhnnnmm!" He made an irritated sound still not giving up on his beauty sleep and I held back a laugh.
"Meri wedding ring kahan hai?" I asked in a little angry tone which was obviously fake. Actually last night he had peeled off every single cloth and with that for the first time he took off my wedding ring, the butterfly pendant and the nuptial chain too. When he was taking them off I tried to stop him but his words made me forget all protest which were..
"Don't stop me Nandini! Each night whenever I make love to you these things are more closer to you then me! And I feel jealous! Let me take them off in a decent way or else I will fu*king rip them too.."
So I kept quiet and I was so lost that I didn't remember where he put them..
"Nahi doonga!" I heard his thick murmur under his heavy sleep and I blushed biting my lower lip..
"Acha mera magalsutra tou day dejiye na?" I asked again this time a little annoyed..
"Wo bhi nahi doonga!" He again murmured and I laid baack on his back with an angry pout..
"Manik!" I whined tapping his shoulder and finally he turned taking me in his arms..
"Haan ji Manik ki jaan bolo na?" He was still so sleepy and tired but the love in his voice caused the butterflies to flutter in my stomach making me blush like an idiot. I blushed hiding in his chest and his chest rumbled with the laugh erupted his throat..
"Acha tou ab sharam aa rahi hai haan.? Last night tou you were so desperate and was asking me to make lo--!!" And here started his dirty talks but I palmed his lips glaring at him with an angry pout. With other hand I palmed his eyes and he was laughing .
"Go back to sleep!" I ordered him and peeked under my palm on his eyes only to see his eyes still open. "So jayen na wapas say!" I whined and he pushed my hand away from his lips..
"Nopes! You only woke me up and now you have to bear the consequences!" He said in casual tone and next second I was pinned under him..
Was he really serious?? Haven't he had enough from last night..
He was about to lean forward for my lips when I placed my forefinger on his lips stopping him..
"What happened baby?" He asked caressing my hair and I made a puppy face.
"Baby is tired!" I said lowly and he smiled shaking his head..
"Myny thaka diya na baby ko? Am really sorry!" He said sweetly and I smiled wrapping my arms around his neck. He bent down to peck my forehead and I closed my eyes taking a sigh..
He took me in his arms and laid down back next to me. I snuggled in his chest and his fingers lazily roamed in my already messy hair soothing me to a great extent..
I doodled my name on his heart and felt his lips pressing on the top of my head. We both laid in silence as the sun was slowly rising. I sometimes raised my head to look at him and every time he stole a peck from my lips making me blush like a rose...
My mind strayed with few thoughts and questions. I always wanted to ask but didn't find the courage to do so.
Should I ask?? Okay deep breaths...
"Aik baat pochon?" Suddenly a weird kinda question popped in my head and Manik hummed sweetly there was still no change in his posture..
"When you got to know that am not pregnant! I know you weren't disappointed from me but did you feel very bad? You were relived you said but ap bhi tou baby chahty thy na? Tou how did you feel? Ap ny kbhi btya he nahi!" I asked lowly and felt his body stiffen under my hold..
I immediately regretted asking him this shitty question but what can I do now?
With heart hammering in my chest I slowly raised my head to see his expressions and my heart immediately constricted when I noticed wetness in his innocent eyes which were staring at the ceiling aimlessly..
"Am sor---!" I tried to apologize but he shook his head. He slowly adjusted me in his arms so we were lying face to face..
I cupped his cheek and he snuggled in my touch..
"You know! When I got to know about the baby tou mjy gusa aya!" He started and I held his hand close to my heart which was still beating wildly. "Because this was an unexpected happiness!" He said with a weak smile and I too smiled lowly..
"Happiness?" I repeated in a wonderment and he nodded..
"Though it was a shock but it was a beautiful one! I know! I know that I behaved like an ass at that time but...I felt...I felt different after hearing that news!" His tone held so much innocence and sincerity that I melted instantly..
He needed to let it all out...
I need to help him just like the way he helped me. Since the day I met him I got to know that he had a very bad habit of hiding his sad feelings..
I needed to coax him so that he could share everything..
"Different? Or you felt complete?" I gave words to his thoughts in a low yet gentle tone and his eyes held an immediate glint..
"Yeah...yeah! Complete is the word!" He said nodding his head. "But then..!" He said and paused..
"Then? I need to know what you felt Manik? It's my right on you! Let it all go and tell me! Please??" I pleaded squeezing his hand and he slid more closer to me. We were so close that I felt our breaths were mingling. His hand cupped my cheek and I smiled..
"When I felt happy on the arrival of our baby at the same time I felt that I was acting selfish because I was sacrificing my first baby's health! And my first baby is you!" He said sweetly and I felt emotional..
"Since the day I met you! I found you like a baby! And aik baby kay any ki khushi me main tumhy sacrifice kar deta? Tumhri health!" He spoke innocently and I smiled on his care..
"You know na these pains! I have heard that they are too much to handle!" He spoke shaking his head and I caressed his cheek..
"But then myny socha I was again acting selfish! What will the unborn think that my daddy doesn't love me?" He was speaking like a baby and I was going awe..
"Tou I started accepting the fact! I prayed to God for the best! Then I got to know that you are not pregnant! I felt relived but then suddenly I...I felt empty! The very thought of having a baby in my arms was so beautiful Nandini!" Now he was choking and tears had made their way down to my eyes..
"Whenever I pick up Abeer in my arms! I feel so good! I just wish! I wish that the time come soon when I will have our baby in my arms!" Tears shined in his eyes and I hugged him tightly..
"I wish the same..!" I said lowly and God knows for how long we kept hugging each other...

Sometimes I like wearing traditional. Unknowingly I had sensed that Manik liked to see me in that attire. To make him a little more happy I chose to wear a navy blue toe length frock with golden work over it. I rubbed my hair with a towel standing in front of the mirror and Manik too came out wearing simple jeans with a T-shirt with it.
I smiled at him through the mirror and he walked closer to me throwing his towel away. Soon he took me in a back hug and rested his chin over my shoulder..
"Ji kya hua?" I asked sweetly ruffling his hair as I knew that something was surely in his mind..
"Kuch nahi bus aisy he!" He said innocently and I smiled. Then for few minutes no words were exchanged and he kept playing with my jumki's.
"Bolain na Manik?" His silence was irking me and finally he made me turn..
"My panic queen!! I just wanted to say that--!" He said cheekily and I crossed my arms across my chest..
"That?" I demanded and he looked down taking my hands in his..
"That I want to be a father! I want you to make us parents! Agr tmhry man me koi khayal hai aisa kay i don't want a baby tou usy please nikal dena because I would love to be a father! But abhi ni! Sirf tab jab tum healthy ho! You are my first baby aur main 2nd baby kay liye I won't risk your life!" He was saying all this lowly with head down and I was looking at him in awe. When I didn't say anything his head snapped up and he stared at me. "Tum smj rahi ho na kay main kya bool raha hoon?" He asked cutely and went in his arms hugging him close.
I rubbed my thumb on his heart and pecked there gently.
"Mr.Manik Malhotra! You are the owner of the most purest heart of the world and that's why I love you so much because you love me this much!" I spoke lovingly looking at his face and we were smiling so brightly that I thought our cheeks would start hurting. He dipped his face and soon I found us kissing each other almost crazily. But soon we were forced to broke apart because of the knock on the door..
"Manik door!" I said pushing him away when he tried to kiss me again. He looked so irritated..
"To the hell with this door!" He let out a string of curses under his breath. I chuckled shaking my head and picked up a hair brush to comb my hair while Manik walked towards the door to open it..
"Mooning Maaan Chachu!" It was Abeer..
"Hey champ! You woke up early!" Manik exclaimed immediately picking him up in his arms..
"Yes! Mumma Dadda wele seeping Abeel wote up! Abeel is a biggi boy Chachu!" Abeer said nodding his head and Manik chuckled throwing his head back..
I too smiled walking close to them and pecked Abeer's cheek...
"Morning Maushi ki jaan!" I spoke patting his cheek and he happily clapped his hand jumping in Manik's arms..
"Bhook lagi hai meray bety ko?" I asked lovingly holding his hands in mine and he nodded frantically..
"Bhooti bohat lagi hai maushii!" He said cutely rubbing his little hand on his tiny tummy and we both laughed..
"Okay chalo Let's arrange for the breakfast!" Manik said walking out of the room with Abeer and I followed them.
We three entered the Kitchen only to see Mohan Dada and Simmi Di already working..
"Hey you both are back??" I shouted excitedly and hugged them both tightly..
"Morning Sir! Morning Ma'am! Yes we came early morning!" Mohan Dada said and I was happy to see them back..
They both were the sweetest person I have came across...
"Seriously thank you so much for coming! I was really waiting for you guys!" I said breaking the hug and they both smiled..
"Bhoooti lagi haaai!" Abeer was shouting in Manik's arms and then with loads of nakhras he agreed over eating a cheese omelet..
"Main sab ko breakfast kay liye bulati hoon!" I said walking out of the kitchen as Manik was busy in feeding Abeer...
I came in the lounge and saw Jack still fast asleep on the couch. I smiled on his condition as he was lying on his stomach and cheek was resting on the pillow. His lips were parted and a drool was dripping out of the corner of his lips.
I held back a laugh and walked closer to him..
I knelt in front of him and ruffled his messy hair..
"Hey rock star boy?? Wake up? It's morning!" I whispered softly tugging his hair and he hummed. "Jack! Wake up!" I spoke again and he flipped over his back..
"Breakfast main kya hai?" Seriously no good morning wishes? Directly 'breakfast main kya hai?'
"Kya khana hai mery bhai ko?" I asked chuckling on his cuteness and he opened his eyes..
"Grilled sandwiches please? I was dreaming about them!" He exclaimed getting up with a jerk and I giggled once again I ruffled his hair walking back to the kitchen..
"Go get freshed!" I shouted for him and he shouted back an 'okay boss'..
Asking Simmi Di for sandwiches I walked towards Navya and Cabir bhai's room..
Before I could knock I heard Navya yelling on Bhai for waking up. I smiled and then knocked the door. Navya opened it next second..
"Morning Nandu! Apny bhai ko dekh uth he nahi rahy!" Navya and her complaints..
"Bhai?? Please get up breakfast is almost ready!" I spoke from outside and heard bhai laughing..
"Nandu tu boool rahi hai tou uth raha hoon warna kise aur kay bolny pay me uthny wala ni tha!" I heard his teasing voice and Navya was almost on verge of crying..
I guessed that Bhai was teasing her off limits..
"Go to hell!" She shouted loudly and walked away stomping her foot..
This caused us to laugh and bhai walked in the bathroom..
On my way to Bhai and Bhabi's room I saw MaxLya coming. I waved at them and told them about the breakfast. Soon I reached Bhai's room and knocked slowly just to hear Bhabi granting the permission. I peeked in and saw her rubbing her hair with the towel while Bhai was talking to someone on the phone on the terrace..
"Morning choti!" Mukti exclaimed cutely taking me in a hug and I hugged her back with a huge smile on my face. "Well someone is glowing and blushing more then usual!" And she caught me once again. "What's the reason haan?" She asked winking at me and I giggled.
"Mukti please!" I asked her to stop and she laughed more..
"Come on! Should I take it as
a yes that last night was beautiful?" She was the one who was very very close to me and in girls she was the only one to discuss matters with me. I blushed more slapping her arm and we both laughed loudly.
"Hahh! What's so funny that caused my beautiful ladies to laugh this early morning?" Bhai asked cheekily taking both of us in side hugs as he had ended the call and I showed eyes to Mukti to handle this situation..
"Nothing Tiger! It's girls talk!" Mukti said smiling at me and bhai looked at me to confirm to which I nodded innocently..
"Ahan so who's hungry??" Tiger bhai changed the topic and before I could say anything. We all heard Jack shouting and also Manik's voice, Twinkle too was shouting..
"What's happening?" Tiger Bhai asked walking out hastily and I narrated last night's encounter to Mukti who sighed in dismay..
"Jack is an ass.." That's all she could manage to say..

Manik's POV...
"Chachu bussh! Tummy full!" Abeer said putting his hands in the air and gestured me that he was full..
I smiled on his overloaded cuteness and pecked his cheek. He cleaned his hands with a napkin and I made him stand on the floor. He immediately run out to play and I looked at the half finished breakfast plate. I sighed shaking my head and was about to ask Simmi to clean it when suddenly..
"Veer jiii!!!?!" I heard Twinkle shouting and sh!t..
I almost run towards the room and saw Jack standing shirtless while Twinkle was standing on the other corner hugging a pillow..
As soon as she saw me she came running towards me and immediately hide herself behind me..
"Veer ji! He once again came in my room without permission!" Twinkle spoke in a scared tone and clutched the back of my shirt tightly..
I glared at Jack and he shrugged..
"What?? Don't stare buddy! Main room main aya because I needed to use the bathroom and she was sleeping mjy laga problem nahi ho ge! Actually she entered the bathroom without permission aur wo bhi tab when I was in the shower!" He said with a very bad mood and I sighed..
"You could have used some other bathroom!" I reasoned and Jack's expressions turned to furious ones..
"Is chohiya kay liye tu mjy reason kary ga?" He freaked out and that was it Twinkle jumped out behind me stood in front of Jack face to face..
"To whom you called a chohiya!!??" She shouted moving her hands in the air and I rubbed the back of my neck..
"Tumhy aur kis ko?" Jack was in a total teasing mode..
"My name is Twinkle yoy heard that??" She once again almost screamed out..
"Yeah yeah! Twinkle Twinkle little star!" Jack mimicked the nursery rhyme wearing his T-shirt and Twinkle's mouth hung open..
"Ohh! So now you will make fun of my name too? Monkey Paul!" She too teased and Jack turned to her..
"Aaa! Monkey bola na tou lagaoan ga do kaan kay neechy!" He said angrily and soon everyone gathered. Nandini stood beside me with tense expressions..
"That's what you are! Monkey! Monkey! Jack is a Monkey! He is a Monkey! Monkey!" Twinkle started singing playfully jumping on her place like a cute bunny soon Abeer too joined her and we all started laughing wholeheartedly while Jack's anger was crossing limit...
The next thing he did was not at all expected because he grabbed Twinkle's waist and pulled her closer until she banged in his chest with wide eyes. With other hand he covered her mouth...
"Ab bulaoa Monkey!!" He growled staring in her eyes intently and we all stood speechless..
I look at Nandini and she was smiling naughtily looking at the Twinkle and Jack. I looked back to see everyone smiling evilly...
Ohh they all noticed the same thing which I did...
Interesting...
"Back is a montey! He izz a montey!" Abeer was still singing the song with eyes closed which became helpful for Twinkle and Jack to break the trance. Jack released his grip around Twinkle and the awkwardness between them grew thicker as the both looked down. Abeer's song was still on and Jack looked at him with a bad face..
"Salat choty packet! Mjy monkey bolay ga!! Abhi batata hoon tjy!" Jack said nodding his head and gritted his teeth. Abeer's eyes widened for a second before he run out crazily shouting for his life causing all of us to burst out in laughter once again..

"Acha sholly na!" We heard Abeer pleading cutely as he entered in the dinning room for breakfast with Jack. He was riding his shoulders and was gripping to his long thick hair in his tiny fingers. All of us had settled down including Twinkle..
"Nopes chotay packet! Ab dosti sirf aik condition pay ho ge aur wo condition ya hai kay no karate practice for a whole week!" Jack said in a serious tone and reached the table. He sat beside Mukti smiling at her and pecked her hair mouthing a good morning...
"No no chachu! Please! Abeel tou karate seethny hain please?" He pleaded still riding his shoulder and tugging to his hair mercilessly..
"Dadaaa! Maan Chachu! Maxi buddy?? Tigel Chachu please Back Chacho ko bolo na! Abeel sholly hai!" Abeer was now on verge of crying and we all glared at Jack.
"Itna bhaoa mat kha! Nahi seekhany karate tou mat seekha main apny bety ko academy join karwa doon ge!" Cabir said angrily and got up to pull Abeer but Jack stopped him..
"Tu beech main bool he kiun raha hai! Ya hum chachu bhatejy ja mamla hai hum khud sort out kar len gay! Ziada drama queen mat ban! Tera beta hai tou mera bhi beta he hai!" Jack said in a serious tone and we all held back our smiles on Jack's confession..
That's how he was...
He pretended to be an ass all the time but he was the one who cared for everyone the most.
Now he was giggling with Abeer on something which I guessed probably was their 'private' talk..
"Okay everyone! Now as the whole family is together I have! Actually we have something important to announce!" Tiger started clearing his throat when I was forcefully stuffing a boil egg in Nandini's mouth and we all became attentive towards him. Before he could say any further Twinkle got up..
"I think I should leave as it's now your family matter!" She said sheepishly tucking a strand of hair behind her ear and I shook my head..
"Yes yes! Tata bye bye!" Jack spoke waving at her and she smiled nervously before turning to leave. Jack immediately received a smack from Tiger and Mukti stood up..
"You are family Twinkle!" Mukti said walking closer to her and Twinkle's eyes shined..
"Yes! You are family and we want you to be with us! Don't go!" Tiger said smiling at her and she looked at me and Nandini..
I smiled at her and Nandini winked..
"Come on! Sit down! Ignore Jack!" Max said with a laugh and Jack stuck his tongue out while Twinkle sat back with a brightest smile ever on her face..
"So the news is I and Mukti has decided something very important!" Tiger said holding Mukti's hand and it increased our curiosity..
"Tell tell please!" And my hyperactive wife was so desperate to know..
"We have decided to get married!" Finally they both said together and..
"Whaaattt???" We all shouted together and both nodded with a smile..
"Oh God bhai! Am so happy!" Nandini shouted almost pouncing on Tiger and he twirled around with her..
"And am happy that you are happy!" He said to her and she sniffed in his shoulder..
"Congratulations babe!" Jack shouted hugging his sister tightly and all were so happy..
"Hey everyone let's make teams!" We heard Twinkle shouting and all turned to see her most excited..
"Teams!?" I asked shaking my head and she nodded..
"Yes! Larky waly aur Larki waly??" She said rubbing her hands and we all looked at each other..
"Am on my brother's side obviously!" Nandini was the first to announce...
"And am on my sister's side for sure!" Jack too announced and too Mukti in a side hug..
"Janan meri behna main wahan!" Cabir said walking to stand beside Nandini and Nandini giggled..
"Am on Mukti's side!" Alya announce pouncing on Mukti..
"Am at my buddy's side!" Max said wrapping his arm around Tiger's shoulder..
"Hum bhi Mukti ki team main!" Navya said loudly showing her tongue to Cabir to which he made a bad face. There was some tashan going on between both of them...
"I am with Dadaaa!" Abeer jumped in Twinkle's arms and she too walked to stand beside Nandini enough for us to know that she was with team groom.
Now only my decision was left Nandini was looking at me with hopeful eyes and I look back at Mukti she was expecting her brother to be on her team..
"Tu tou apni behen ki team main ho ga na Manik??" She herself asked and I nodded with a smile walking to stand with her and placed a soft kiss on her temple before she hugged me tightly..
We were family...
I broke the hug to look at my girl and she was standing with a smile on her face. Her eyes were also teary. I gestured her not to cry and she looked down to brush the tears away...

"So now! We will perform all the rituals from Engagement till reception!" I said nodding my head and all nodded their heads in agreement..
"Aray aisy kesy? Oye larky waloon! Pehlay shagan lay kar tou aoa larki kay liye! Us kay baad sagai ho ge! Pehly proper rishta mango!" Navya said resting her hands on her hips and all the members of team bride nodded..
"Han tou layen gay na! Aisa shagan layen gay kay tum log dekhty reh jaoa gay!" Cabir exclaimed and all laughed..
"Hey guys group hug?" Tiger said with a cute face and we all rushed to hug him..
I heard Jack saying to Twinkle..
"As everyone has accepted you the part of family so come aa jaoa hug me!"
This made me smile..
We were super happy..
