Hi guys...

Finally I am back with another update of this story.

Very very sorry for not being able to post this update soon.

Hope you guys remember this story of mine.

Coming back to the chapter,

CHAPTER -42

Manik hugged Nandini and said- Wahi to nahi karsakta. Kal raat ke baad to its too difficult to stop.

Saying this he switched their positions and came over Nandini.

Manik - So... Now that you can't get up from the bed as you don't have anything to wear,Should we go for another round????

Nandini blushed and said- Manik...

Manik - Kya Manik... Tell me...

Nandini - Manik... I think...

Manik - You think ...

Nandini - I think you should...

Manik blew air over her face and said - I should...

Nandini - You should get up right now or else I won't waste any time to call Navya.

Manik - Oh... Like that huh... Ok call her...

Nandini - Huh!!!

Manik - What Huh??? Call karo Navya ko. Comeon ...Go ahead...

Do you think I am scared of her? Nahh...

Nandini - But Manik...

Manik - Kya hua Nandini... Call karo na Navya ko. Ruk kyu gayi...

Nandini looked at her mobile and realised that it was placed far away from her and she had to get up from the bed to be able to dial Navya's number.

Nandini - Manik aap bahut bure ho. Jaan boojh ke sata rahe ho mujhe.

Manik with a smile playing on his face- Acha... Mai bura hoon. Ok fine so be it. Now Let's see who will save you from me.

Saying this he bent down to kiss Nandini's lips but stopped midway on hearing a knock on the door.

He looked at Nandini who had smile on her face.

Nandini - My saviour...

And she winked at Manik.

Manik shaked his head in disbelief and got up from Nandini. He put on his trousers and shirt and handed Nandini her dress and went to see who was at the door.

Nandini quickly put on her dress and arranged the bed which was messed up.

Manik opened the door and found Nyonika standing.

Manik - Maa... aap?

Nyonika - Haan Beta... Mujhe Nandini se baat karni thi.

Manik moved to a side so that Nyonika would be able to get in.

Nyonika got in the room and looked at Nandini who was standing beside the bed .

Nyonika to Manik- Beta tu jaake ready hoja. Mujhe Mandir jaana hai. Tu le chalega na...

Manik - Ji Maa. Bas abhi aaya.

Saying this he went to the washroom to get ready.

Nandini - Maaji aap baithiye na.

Nyonika - Nandini... Tum shayad bhool rahi ho ki maine tumhe ye haq nahi diya hai ki tum Mujhe Maaji bula sako. Aur Waise bhi mai yahan baithne nahi aayi thi. Mai to bas tumhe ye batane aayi hoon ki mai Mandir jaarahi hoon. Aur jab tak mai lautke aau tumhe breakfast banake ready rakhna hai. Sirf aadha ghanta hai tumhare paas.

Nandini - Aadha ghanta??? But Maaji itne kam time me ...

Nyonika - Wo tumhari problem hai. Aur Haan jaldi se ready hokar neeche aajao.

Saying this she went away.

Nandini looked at the time and said- Adhe ghante me kaise hoga sab. Abhi mujhe ready bhi hona hai. Oh God please help me...

By the time Manik came back after having a shower.

He found Nandini in tensed state and asked him the reason for it.

Manik - Kya hua Nandini... Kya soch rahi ho?

Nandini - Kuch nahi... Mai shower lekar aati hoon.

Saying this she rushed inside the washroom to get ready.

Manik went down to Nyonika and both of them went to Mandir.

Manik wanted to stay with Nandini to help her out with the breakfast preparation but he couldn't say no to Nyonika either .

Manik - I should have controlled myself last night. Nandini doesn't even know the recipe for preparing the breakfast. It's all my fault.

All this while he was worried for Nandini.

When Nyonika and Manik returned from the temple, Nandini was setting the table for breakfast.

On seeing Manik and Nyonika, Nandini said - Maaji breakfast ready hai.

Nyonika - Itni jaldi???

Nandini - Ji Maaji.

Nyonika - Manik tu baith , mai Nisha ko lekar aati hoon.

Manik - Ji Maa.

Saying this he went to Nandini and said- Wow Nandini... Not bad... Tumne itne kam time me ye sab kaise bana liya.

Nandini kissed Manik's cheek and said- Bas bana liya. Ab aap zyada mat socho aur jaldi se taste karke batao ke kaise bane hai Parathe?

Manik - Maa ko aajane do. Fir sab sath milkar khayenge.

Nandini - Ok...

Nyonika came back with Swara and Nisha and all three of them sat on the chairs at the breakfast table.

Nandini served them with Parathas and Nyonika took the first bite.

She was impressed with Nandini's cooking.

Nyonika - Khana Acha bana hai.

Nandini's face lit up on hearing this.

Nandini - Thanks Maaji.

Manik too had a bite and looked at Nandini.

Nandini - Kya hua Manik... Apko pasand nahi aaya?

Manik - It's so delicious and yummy. Kaafi dino ke baad aise Parathe khaye hai maine...

Manik looked at Nyonika and said- I mean aapke haath ke Parathe are the Best. But these Parathe ... They are the second best in the world for me.

Saying this he looked at Nisha and Swara who hadn't yet touched the food.

Manik - Aap log kha kyu nahi rahe ho. Just taste it once.

Swara - Nahi ... Mujhe theekhe parathe nahi pasand. Mai Kuch aur khaloongi.

Nisha took a bite and said- Haan bahut hi theekhe parathe hai.

Nyonika - Nisha Beta mai tumhare liye kuch aur banakar lati hoon.

Saying this she was about to get up but Nandini stopped her and said- Maaji aap Rukiye maine Nisha ke liye soup banaya hai.

Nandini went to the kitchen and got the tomato soup bowl for Nisha and Swara.

Nisha had the soup forcefully as she hated tomato soup but couldn't say anything as she had already rejected her favourite Parathas just to trouble Nandini but it backfired on her.

She had to quietly finish the soup.

Manik - Nandini tum kiska wait kar rahi ho. Come ,sit and have breakfast.

Nandini nodded and sat beside Manik.

After they finished the breakfast, Manik went to his room and Nandini followed him.

CHAPTER -43

After they finished the breakfast, Manik went to his room and Nandini followed him.

Nandini on reaching the room, closed the door behind and hugged Manik tightly.

Manik was surprised at first but then he hugged her back.

Manik - Nandini... Achanak se ye Meherbani kis liye???

Nandini playfully hit Manik and said- What Meherbani??? Meherbani to apne ki hai mujhpe. Thank you so much Manik...

Manik - Thank you?? For what???

Nandini - Don't pretend as if you didn't do anything? Wo note aap hi ne rakha tha na kitchen me?

Manik was confused.

Manik - What note? Kis note ki baat kar rahi ho tum?

Nandini took out a note from her pocket and showed it to Manik.

Nandini - Mai is note ki baat kar rahi hoon.

Manik took the note from Nandini's hand and looked at it.

It had step by step instructions on how to make Parathas.

Manik - Nandini ye note Maine nahi rakha kitchen me.

Nandini - Jhoot. Agar aapne nahi rakha to fir aur kaun rakh sakta hai?

Manik - I don't know. Wahi mai sochu ki tumne itne ache Parathe kaise bana liye without help and they were exactly the way I like.

Nandini got lost in her thoughts and said- Fir kisne rakha hoga ye note.

Manik - Jisne bhi rakha ho. But finally Maa ko pasand to aaye Parathe. Aur mujhe bhi bahut pasand aaye...

Nandini - But Manik???

Manik held Nandini's hand and said- Look Nandini. Don't think too much. I think tumhe apne studies pe concentrate karna chahiye. Tumhe college nahi jaana hai kya aaj?

Nandini - Oh Haan mai to bhool hi gayi thi. Mai abhi aayi.

Saying this Nandini was about to go when something struck her mind.

Nandini turned to Manik and said- Ek minute... Aap mujhe bhagane ki koshish kar rahe ho?? Haina???

Manik - What??? No. I mean... Aisa kabhi hosakta hai ki mai Tumhe bhagane ki koshish karoon? Never.

Manik pulled Nandini to him and said - Agar mera bas chale to mai Tumhe khud se ek second ke liye bhi alag hone nahi doonga. But kya karoon majboori hai. Kaam bhi to important hai na.

Nandini - To fir mat jaane Dona mujhe. Ek din Agar mai college nahi jaungi aur aap office nahi jaoge to kaunsa bada toofan aajayega?

Manik - Aur hum yahan baith ke kya karenge???

Nandini - Let's go out somewhere. Just you and me.

Manik traced Nandini's face with his index finger and pulled her more close and said- Ok done. But abhi tum college jao. Mai ek important meeting attend karke aata hoon. Then we can spend time together... Alone... Just the both of us. What say???

Nandini made a bad face and said- Ok fine jarahi hoon. Aap bhi na... Apni baat kaise bhi karke manwa lete ho.

Nandini picked up her college bag and mobile and left after saying "Bye" to Manik.

Manik sighed and kept his hands on his waist.

Manik - Nandini ko ye note kisne Di hogi. Handwritten note hota to mujhe pata chal hi jaata but it's a printed one. How do I find it?

Manik was lost in his thoughts when he got a call from the office.

Chucking all the thoughts, he got ready and went to the office.

After attending the meeting, Manik looked at the time and it was 12 pm. Manik told hisP.A to cancel the rest of the meetings for the day as they were not important.

Manik took the car keys and went to the car.

He sat in it and drove to Nandini's college.

As Manik's car left the office, a person wearing a cap came out of the hiding and smiled.

Person -

"Mr. Manik Malhotra. Tumhe kya Lagta tha ki mai darke bhag gaya. But you are wrong. I am back. Back with a bang. Aur mere wapas aane ka dhamaka tumhe abhi Kuch hi der me dekhne ko milega.

Boom..."

He said this and laughed wickedly.

Person - Ye baat hamari innocent si sweet si Nandu ko bhi to pata chalni chahiye.

Saying this the person dialled Nandini's number.

Nandini who was waiting for Manik in her college got a call from an unknown number.

Nandini picked up the call.

Person - Hello Madam... Aap Mrs.Malhotra bol rahi ho na?

Nandini - Ji... Aap kaun???

Person- Madam apke husband Mr. Manik Malhotra ka accident hogaya.

This was it for Nandini.

The phone dropped from her hand and she rushed to the car.

Nandini's driver/bodyguard who was beside Nandini picked up the mobile and rushed behind Nandini.

Driver- Nandini baby kya hua hai?

Nandini - Manik... Manik ka accident hogaya hai . Jaldi chaliye...

Driver- Aap please relax. Mai pata karta hoon.

Saying this he started the car and simultaneously dialled Manik's number.

Nandini was hell worried. Tears were flowing down her cheeks.

The driver stopped the car infront of a garage and said- Nandini baby... Manik sir theek hai. Unhe Kuch nahi hua. Unki car kharab hogayi thi. Wo andar garage me hai.

Nandini without replying to the driver got down the car and rushed inside the garage.

She looked here and there and spotted Manik infront of his car.

Nandini ran upto Manik and hugged him tightly .
